**In the summer, we offer weekly rentals from Sunday-Sunday**

Create beautiful memories at this charming recently updated cottage, walking distance to all that Ogunquit has to offer! Spend a sunny day at Ogunquit Beach or explore the shops and restaurants in Ogunquit Village. Relax in this unique, spacious, light-filled home. You'll find plenty of space to spread out with family and friends with four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, an eat in kitchen, and two family rooms. Begin your day with a cup of coffee in the breakfast nook, surrounded by windows. Then walk to the beach to enjoy a day of sun and sand, or stroll through charming Ogunquit Village with its charming shops and restaurants. Finish each day by enjoying some good food, drink, and company on the spacious front deck.

*Please note that the fireplace cannot be used at this time

Brittany’s place was great. House was clean and well stocked. We especially appreciated the kids toys and books that were available. It’s a short walk to the beach/town but it is up a very steep hill if you are walking with strollers expect to get your workout in! Communication was great and quick. Overall, great stay!

Nice property, large front deck. Kitchen well equipped. Children’s bedroom ,very nice, toys for kids, they loved it, but it was a little too far away from parents room for the parents comfort. Downstairs bedroom offers privacy with a nice sitting area. Decks on back of house need cleaning. Close to town, but walk back is uphill. Not too bad, if your fit. House is in nice quiet area.

Great place and location

Great place and great location 15min walk to the beach. Note that the road is going upward back the the house. Beach items were available at the house with a caddy which was great. The kids really enjoyed the kids room. Plenty of bath and beach towel available. The only thing was that the blinds in the bedrooms were not very opaque, made us wake up early with the sun. We had a great time. We highly recommand this place.

Great vacation area!

Ogunquit is a fabulous area to vacation in. House was very comfortable sleeping our extended family. Great bunk/playroom for the 2 children. Brittany was super to communicate with. Although house is within walking distance of town & beach know that it’s at the top of a long hill for the walk back, especially if you have little ones. We did a lot of drop offs at the beach- there are 30 minute parking spots there making this convenient. Appreciated the beach cart, chairs, & toys. Great outdoor deck. We wished there was a grill but lots of good options for eating in the town. We loved Ogunquit Beach; had a decent amount of surf so it was great fun & one of the best walking beaches especially at low tide.

Great location

The house, location and owners were great. It is in a quiet neighborhood less than a 10 min walk to town and then a few more minutes to the beach. Parking is really tough in town so having such a close place to stay was wonderful. We walked back and forth multiple times a day. The issues holding me back from 5 stars are 1) extremely musty smell in the basement for about a day or two until it was fully aired out 2) grill there, but we’re not allowed to use it. Kind of frustrating if you’re grillers like we are. 3) Tiny, uncomfortable couches. With 4 bedrooms there should be seating for more people in the main gathering area. That being said, the week was an overall great one.
