Thank you, Patrick. We appreciate feedback and take guest comments seriously. There are a few items from the review we’d like to clarify. First, there are no hot water or A/C issues in the unit. The guests mentioned the water temperature wasn’t to their liking, and we advised them on how to adjust the heaters to their preferred setting. Once they did, the issue was resolved. Regarding the A/C, the ground-floor villas in Legacy tend to have slightly more noticeable airflow sound because the fans are positioned close to the vents. Since there is another unit above, there isn’t attic space to relocate them. Most guests aren’t bothered by this, but we understand how it could be more noticeable for those with sensitive hearing. The burned-out lights referenced were simply bulbs that needed replacing, and our team addressed that right away. We do wish that follow-up had been reflected in the review. As for the mold, it was underneath the silicone sealant — something that can occur over time as moisture seeps in. We’ve since replaced the silicone after the guests’ departure. This is the first we’ve heard of any concern with the main porch. It’s possible that desert winds blew some dust onto the patio furniture between our final prep and the guests’ arrival, as high winds and dust are common here. We are long-time Vrbo hosts and take cleanliness and guest experience seriously. We’re committed to addressing concerns promptly and ensuring our guests have a comfortable stay.
