Nice condo for an overnight stay. Some of the hot tubs were not working properly, but there were plenty available.

The living room and kitchen area were great, and the towels provided were good quality. I also really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a new sponge. These little touches made the stay more convenient and enjoyable.The bedrooms, however, could benefit from some improvements. The furniture could be of higher quality, and the curtains were not light-blocking, allowing bright sunlight to enter the rooms in the morning and throughout the day. This was disruptive and made it difficult to keep the rooms dark. There were also no hooks or other convenient places to hang coats or sweatshirts, and the bedrooms had no closets. The armoires provided were not long enough to accommodate dresses, leaving no suitable place to hang longer garments.Overall, the living room and kitchen were excellent, and the provided supplies were much appreciated. Improving the bedroom furniture, window coverings, and clothing storage options would make the apartment more comfortable and functional for future guests.

Host was great to work with and always quick to respond. The condo was a perfect setup for our party of four plus two fur babies. We will definately stay here again when we return to Traverse City!

Great place!

This condo was a great place to stay. EasyLocation to downtown, wineries, and our soccer tournament. Space and amenities were excellent. We will definitely be back again!

We needed a place to stay for Christmas with our daughter and her boyfriend where we could still enjoy cooking a holiday dinner. This place was amazing.

Very clean and high quality property. This is brand new construction. Location is good but not great with a fair amount of road noice. Would stay again.

Pros:•LOCATION was the best thing here. We rented due to the TC marathon and this was within walking distance.•The place was clean.•The beds were comfortable.•The host was quick to respond.•Not required to start laundry or take out trash such as some VRBOs.Cons:•The hot tubs were very cloudy and smelled awful. Even my 8 year old daughter did not want to stay in them. Don’t rent for the hopes to use them.•Bath towels/ washcloths are extremely thin and scratchy.•Toiletries are also very cheap- shampoo/conditioner/bath gel. Thin toilet paper.•The rooftop needs some care- the cornhole games are a fun touch but warped and falling apart. There’s beans all over the rooftop.•The water for the showers weren’t always hot.•There is only one parking space on property for the room. Overal, if I was to sign up for marathon again I may stay here again. Otherwise, I would probably choose differently.

The condo itself inside is beautiful and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The property manager Riley was easy to communicate with and was very efficient in responding. The mattresses were very comfy but the pillows left me wishing for my home pillow. The only thing I would have loved, ceiling fans in the bedroom! Overall though the condo was perfect for our girls trip!The hot tubs are maintained by the building manager and were nothing short of disgusting and absolutely not usable. The neighborhood is under construction but appeared safe. We would stay here again and hope that next time we could sit in the hot tubs. They really need to be maintenanced daily. Check chemicals, temp etc.. We would like to thank Seth for the movie rental! You saved girls night in!

Traverse City Condo

This property was great, clean(very important), kitchen had everything needed, plenty of towels for both bathrooms, even beach towels were supplied, location was good, pictures were accurate. Quiet, never heard traffic or people. The only thing would be there's really no storage for your clothes, both bedrooms don't have closets or dressers. There are very small Armoires in both bedrooms, 1 was full of towels and both not tall enough inside to hang clothes. But dealt with it and had a wonderful stay regardless. Would definitely stay again!

The property was perfect for our 8 day trip. Plenty of room for us and guests if they visited. The location is close to everything. It was apportioned with all necessary items to be comfortable whether preparing our own meals or bringing food back. The beds were comfortable with extra linens and plenty of quality towels for the bathrooms.

Our bachelorette weekend was a success and it was a perfect location just minutes away from the main strip. The building and unit was extremely clean and was sufficiently stocked with linens and towels which is always an added convenience. Nice and spacious two bedrooms and full bathrooms. Would recommend staying here!
