Seas Life es una casa elegante, lista para el entretenimiento, que hace que pasar el tiempo con sus seres queridos sea mucho más fácil. Con un poco más de 1500 pies cuadrados, ofrece una ENORME cubierta envolvente con amplios asientos para disfrutar de la arena blanca y el clima de Florida. Como si eso no fuera suficiente, agregue un gran spa de natación, un camino privado que conduce a la playa y una encantadora área de descanso en el primer nivel, el nivel del suelo (el espacio habitable está en el segundo nivel). Lo tienes todo en el paraíso con una ducha en la planta baja para esos días de playa de arena, cocina de chef con magníficos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable negro, un sistema de sonido integrado en interiores / exteriores, un área de parrilla y una parada de tranvía a una cuadra de distancia. 

* Nota, hay un segundo alquiler local. No hay espacios COMPARTIDOS excepto el camino de herradura. Todo el segundo piso es tuyo (todo en imágenes).
* Esta es una casa sin evento. Por favor, considere como planea como se indica, no habrá fiestas ruidosas, reuniones de más de 12 personas, invitados que pasen la noche excediendo la cantidad contratada (límite 8), niños desatendidos o cualquier comportamiento irrespetuoso. The house is located on a beautiful part of Pensacola beach and looks like it is supposed to be fairly new built conditions however i have reached out 3 times since my stay 3 weeks ago but always promised a call back but nothing. Here are the problems:1. The pillows and bed covers were dusty and not useable. The host said they were hanging picture frames over the bed before my arrival. Regardless, I would expect clean beddings upon arrival.2. Vanity and sink in shared bathroom has sand and dirt all over. I didnt expect my kids to have to deal with this for a nice beach house rental.3. Master bathroom was dark because ceiling light would not turn on. 4. Master bathroom vanity door was broken in half and missing.5. Main living room has an all glass wall facing neighbor but have absolutely no blinds or curtains for privacy and to block out heat. I have been to Pensacola countless times in my life so this town is very near and dear to my heart. I wanted to leave a great review but the lack of communications has warrant this. To be fair I was able to reach a very kind lady over the phone at the beginning of the stay but that was it. I received a text asking how the stay was so I addressed all the concerns with pictures and video but no response. I followed up with a phone call after check out and was promissed a call back but nothing for two weeks. Asked VRBO to reach host as well but no response.

Great roomy and modern home perfect for 6 people. The second story porch is perfect for hanging out and stargazing. A huge plus is the space for a RV/Trailer with a 50 amp outlet.

There are no curtains on the main bedroom windows which made it sort of hard to sleep in. Also, there is no place you can sit outside in comfort, no shade anywhere, a pergola or triangle shade would be awesome on that corner deck. There is no shade and no fans so sitting outside for coffee or anything was unbearable. Also the beds were super comfy but the pillows were not. When we originally scheduled our stay, I swear there was a hot tub listed, but there wasn't one there. Overall the place is nice and convenient and a very short walk to the beach. The beach was almost private which was nice. The use of the beach cart was great as well.

Over all house worked out fine for 4 adults staying 5 nights. Quality materials were noticed. But would like larger master bath with countertops and drawer storage for clothes in bedrooms. Beach Bum Hosts were on point when needed.

Beautiful property and Lovely stay

Gorgeous home with all the amenities you could ask for. Great location - a short walk to the beach with minimal foot traffic. The extra beach chairs and towels were much appreciated! Would absolutely stay again!

Great Beach Family Vacay

This was perfect for my family. We had a mixture of aged children from 5 years to 17 years. It was perfect for all ages with an easy walk to the beach. We loved having the hot tub for the evenings. We also loved having access to beach accessories, such as wagon and umbrella. We had a great stay.

It was alright

Nice place but one of our keys didn’t work in the door. Amenities for the price were lacking. I was mistaken when booking that the 3rd floor was also part of the property to be rented out for the price but I was mistaken. Hot tub maxed out at 104deg which isn’t very “hot”. The property was very clean but not very well maintained. The door to the outdoor shower had fallen off. I was just hoping for more amenities for the super high price.

Great location and property

The property is is well located, close to conveniences but away from the hustle and bustle of the commercial area of Pensacola Beach. The home itself is perfect for a group the size of ours (2 adult 4 kids) and well maintained. Once the internet issue was addressed, we really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location.

Beautiful House!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is truly beautiful and has everything anyone would need. I have to say I was disappointed there was very little view of the ocean. Also disappointing was our inability to use the hot tub. It wasn't working and was cold. Maintenance responded quickly and got it running, but it wasn't warm enough to use before we left. Otherwise, our experience with this home couldn't have been better.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property, clean, close to beautiful beach. We had a nice stay. The main reason we booked this property was for the hot tub. Disappointed to find out it did not work and was not fixed during our stay. We were not notified this prior to arrival. Beach bum was easy to communicate with. We were able to obtain a partial refund. Overall it was very nice.

Wonderful family stay

Wonderful home for our family stay! Perfect set up for family (love that it didn't have a "bunk bed room" crammed with bed - rather the kids could stay in separate rooms). Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful and clean home! Only minor suggestion is to replace the swim spa cover. Thank you for a terrific vacation home!

Fantastic house

My family, which includes my husband and 5 kids ranging from 3 to 20 stayed here for a week. The house is fantastic. It is far enough away from the hotels and restaurant areas to be quiet but close enough that you could get there with a 5 min drive. The walk to the beach was only about 3 minutes and we ended up just carrying our bags instead of pulling our wagon since the walk was so short. Loved the outdoor shower. The beds were comfortable and included quality bedding. Small TVs in the bedrooms and only DirectTV in the living room and master but that wasn’t a problem because we weren’t there to watch TV. They had an abundance of games to play. Full size washer and dryer were a bonus. The rental agency, Beach Bums, was awesome. We will definitely stay there again if we go to Pensacola Beach.

Beautiful house - be wary of the hot tub

House was very spacious and clean with only a ~5 minute walk to the beach. Wrap-around balcony was very big and a perfect place to grill on. However, our group used the hot tub on the first night and the next day all of us woke up with a strange red rash (after googling we concluded it was most likely folliculitis, which is commonly caused by an improperly-cleaned hot tub). Overall, slightly disappointed because every other aspect of the house is superb. Just wished the hot tub would be up to standard,

Great March Getaway!

Making the reservation was easy. All the info needed was included in property listing. Received timely updates as needed and the check-in and out process was smooth. Plenty of amenities were provided and it was a great and convenient property. Would definitely go back and most likely will.

Fabulous house and loved Pensacola beach!

The house is wonderful! Loved the views of the bay and the gulf. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire table most nights. Biking to Navarre and Fort Pickens were highlights, along with the powder white sand! Will come back!

Coastal Getaway

Beautiful home. We did not have great weather but we made the best of it. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. The hot tub was great. The kitchen with open plan made it great for cooking and all being together. Would stay again.

Short, but sweet!

Three days wasn’t enough, so we’ll be back again. Your home was everything pictured with the added bonus of being so close to the beach. There were enough rooms and outside activity to keep five teens happy and occupied. Thank you for a lovely stay.
