Paul was quick to respond to messages and fix issues that arose. He had the house cleaner come out when we arrived because the floors had not been cleaned well. The thermostat was apparently on a schedule, so we woke up to it being 66 one morning. Just a bit chilly. It was a 20 minute golf cart drive to the heated pool which was a bit hard to find, but we made it there. The beach was beautiful and quiet. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax even when my extended family (5 adults and 3 kids) came over for dinner one night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Would book again!

This property and host were great!! We came with a 2 and 4 year old - lots of fun to be had between the walkable beach and golf cart ride to the heated pool. House had lots of beach extras like chairs and a wagon.

It was a clean, quite, cute property and near great beaches. Close enough near stores and other city's/ village to enjoy going out as well. Would come back again!

Beautiful house, great location

This was our first time to stay in this area. The house was beautiful and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the area with the close proximity to beach access and availability of golf cart for driving to the pool and the beach.

Seriously was such a wonderful stay. Paul took such good care of us. The door was broken and he got someone there to fix it. Flys got in while they fixed it and he dropped off all kinds of fly traps. We were a little upset with the inconvenience because it was our baby moon, and he surprised us with the most precious strawberry cake that said happy baby moon. That is true customer service right there! The place was beautiful. Short walk to the beach. Pool was never too crowded, and we loved walking the pups on the beach. We will be returning.

FAMILY VACA

We had a wonderful stay at Palm Pointe. The home was very nice and had everything that we needed. A short trip to the beach and we were able to find extra parking within the neighborhood which made it a relief for us with family coming in from all directions.

Nice house!

The house was great and very easy walk to pool or beach. Only issue we had was with the cleaning crew still there when we arrived and they didn’t do a great job. We contacted the owner and he helped resolve the issue.

Beautifully decorated home!

Beautiful house that felt like home! We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended for a few more days. Paul was an excellent host and accommodated our changes easily. We would stay here again! The furniture and decor are awesome! Sunset from the Windmark village beach access was amazing. Even the dolphins showed up for the sunset!

Annual Girls Weekend

We chose to stay in PSJ for our annual girls trip and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house is great, nice floor plan and super clean. The golf cart is great when getting into Wind Mark while enjoying the scenery. Paul was great to work. Already planning another trip!

Family Celebration

We were extremely impressed with the space and size of the property. 11 people all teens and adults stayed here very comfortably.Enjoyed the golf cart and the beach toys but the beach access and the beach itself were not ideal. Prettier and closer beach access just down the road. The community sits between towns of Port St Joe and Mexico Beach. Beautiful area and very relaxed pace.Paul was a great host and helped me all along the way in preparing for our arrival super helpful.Beds were comfortable, linens and towels adequate, however if doing a lot of cooking onsite the kitchen could use more supplies. We did not cook onsite. We enjoyed several local restaurants.The outside deck patio area was small with a small grill. I would recommend this location and I would definitely stay there again.

Great Place Great Stay

Perfect place, has all the room you could want the house is decorated lovely and the host has really thought of everything you would possible need for your stay away from home down to every little detail. The host if super fast answering any questions you have. The community is great, 2 great pools the beach is 2 minute walk from the house, use of the golf cart was great my only recommendation would be to have more bikes to ride along the private road along the beach. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Beach Stay

When we arrived the check in process was nice and easy. When we got into the home we noticed dirty floors, hair in the beds and wet linens. The owner was fast to make things as good as he could sending baked goods and cleaning supplies. He needs a new cleaning crew. Other than that it was a great house and great stay. I would stay again if those issues were fixed.

Relaxing beach week!

Our family of eight and a toddler stayed at Palm Pointe for a week and it was perfect. The space was clean, spacious, beautiful, and stocked with necessities. Cozy sheets and towels made the place feel like home. The baby/toddler supplies and toys were a HUGE help. Paul was quick to help answer questions and provide suggestions. The golf cart is a must. It made the beach much easier with toddler gear! Until I can talk my husband into being Palm Pointe’s neighbors -we will be back.

Awesome Vacation Home and Nicest Host!

Paul’s place is a gem of a well designed, comfortable home that sleeps 8-10 and is built for entertaining. The open floor plan makes relaxing, cooking and sharing time together everything you hope a vacation will be. Tucked into a new development in Port St Joe, Florida, the community has a village feel complete with a town square with heated pool, a medi-spa, restaurants, a pub, sweet shop, doggy specialty store, a church and more stores that will be opening soon. The beach access off the square is a gorgeous, natural shoreline. Someone spend a lot of time designing this community to attract discerning travelers and permanent resident. Paul is a gracious host who responds quickly and will prioritize your comfort. Ask him about Port St Joe’s history and the charming shopping and restaurant area just a few miles away. Feel free to walk or ride bikes in the community. He even has a golf cart! If you want the world to stop for a moment so you can enjoy yourself and your family in a new and clean community where people smile and wave, then book your vacation with Paul. You will not be disappointed
