Our family friendly, beachfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor condo in La Paloma Blanca is bright and spacious and includes a full kitchen, washer & dryer, TV, internet and workspace. The gated complex is resort-like with 3 pools, visiting iguanas, & macaws overhead. Our corner, garden view unit is very quiet and allows easy, direct access to the beach with little effort carrying beach gear. Also enjoy: BBQ facilities, secure parking, and walk to beachside restaurants.

We stayed for 3 weeks at this VRBO and loved every second of it the regular people that go to this resort are so helpful and friendly and Melissa is a 5 star worker on her own would definitely go back here

Our stay at this property was wonderful, landscaping was great. Edel in the office was just an awesome individual! She was ALWAYS available and eager to help in any way. The guard staff was friendly & helpful too. We didn't want to leave.

Lovely condo complex.

This end ground floor unit was very nice, fully equiped, comfortable and private. Close access to the beach was nice and walkable to many restaurants and the town. Other residents were very friendly. Nicest pat of Jaco beach is on this end. I would highly recommend this property.

Incredible psychical location, but not the best unit location.

Mark was great . Easy to communicate with, accommodating and a really nice guy. Unit was really nice, the community is in an incredible location to beach and close enough to the main strip. Only downside was not knowing the unit itself had zero view of anything. I had just rented the unit 3 doors down a few months ago that opened up to the pool and straight walk to beach. I was thinking and pictures indicated it was the same view out the family room doors. When we got there we realized we were in the absolute last unit at the end which meant our view out the door was the side of the next building and you have to walk across multiple metal plates laying all across the ground and they were thick plates that my son and wife had both stubbed there toes on multiple times when it was dark out. . That kinda needs to be addressed in the description. It was enough for me to see if there was another unit available midway through our trip. But unfortunately we couldn’t switch units. Other than the minor complaints that most people probably wouldn’t mind, but it didn’t bother me after just staying in the unit 3 doors down.

Bad host

Our vacation was ruined due to the policies set host. One of my friend lost his bag and there goes his passport, drivers license and the host didn't allow us to enter the premises. We ended up taking up another hotel for our stay. Understand there are terms and conditions but you need to be little flexible for some dire situations.

Nice Property on Jaco Beach

This was a well appointed condo on the beach in Jaco. The owners were very easy to work with and the property was as represented. We took advantage of the beach, pool and recommendations for activities and restaurants the owners left. We enjoyed our time here and hope to return.

Great little two bedroom condo for family of 4

The condo was great for our family, there were a few restaurants very close that we went to a few times but mostly chose to walk the half mile into the main part of town. We loved the pool and how close we were to the beach. The condo is at the end of the beach and we heard we were away from the party area of town, which we enjoyed.

The Perfect Weekend!

Thank you to Mark and to his beautiful family condo. My husband, two sons, 18 and 22 years old, and myself had a fabulous weekend in Jaco! Mark was very accommodating throughout the entire weekend. Thank you! The condo was perfect for us, well stocked, clean, and a fabulous location. We enjoyed the beach & the pool during the days. Walked into shop at the local shops, drinks & sunset at the Aloha Beach Bar…just a few steps away. The security & staff (Adil) were very pleasant & helpful. We would love to come back again!! Thank you Mark!

Anniversary Trip

We loved the condo and the property! The unit was very clean, well stocked with supplies, and location was excellent. We felt safe and secure in the area and enjoyed the easy beach access (Sunsets were amazing!) and close proximity to some great restaurants (we walked). Mark was super responsive and answered my many questions before we even arrived. We would stay here again in a second!
