This beautiful 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms is located on Stickney Point Rd right before Stickney Point Bascule Bridge. You cross over the bridge and you are in Siesta Key. It's a second floor condo with a pool, garden, patio, and a short walk to the gorgeous beach.
Crescent Beach is a 10-15 minute walk along with many other beaches within short distances. Walking distance from the condo 5-10 min you have the Famous Captain Curt's Crab & Oyster Bar, Claytons Grill, Toasted Mango Cafe, Big Water Fish Market, Orange Octopus, Crescent Club, Daiquiri Deck, Jake's Ice Cream, coffee shops along with many other restaurants, a fun village, fishing, water rentals, a 7-11 and drug store all within short walking distance(this is just to name a few).
Free trolley runs the strip to get you wherever you'd like to go!
The building is equipped with a laundromat,
Electric, water and WiFi is all included, welcome to paradise!
