This beautifully located townhouse on Navarre Beach offers charming decor and is just one block from the beach. It features spacious decks—both front and back, upstairs and downstairs. Perfect for relaxing while enjoying views of the beach or the sound side of the island during the mornings and evenings.

Designed for an active and friendly lifestyle, the home is beach-ready, equipped with beach supplies such as chairs, umbrellas, and toys in the deck area. It is also dog-friendly. The top level includes two bedroom/bathroom suites, so please note that stairs are required. The bottom level is furnished with a living area, kitchen, and dining space. You won’t be disappointed by its charm!

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very cute and nice. Was a little concerned that the yard was very overgrown. But the place was very clean and comfortable. Nicely located to beach access too.

If you want to stay at a house that is walking distance to the beach, and in a spot that makes you feel like a local, then this is the place for you!

Location was great. Check in and out was very easy. We absolutely loved sitting on the front deck off of the living room, great place for morning coffee and relaxing in the evenings. Furniture was comfortable throughout so that was a plus. Few minor complaints: The shower/tub in the front bedroom has a super slow drain. I should have looked before but there is not one single ceiling fan in the house, weird. It was dog friendly which is what we needed, so thankful for that since it was a good spot, however it would have been nice if the little patch of backyard was trimmed for quick visits for my dog. I didn’t use it but the furniture outside under house looked mostly broken or just not safe to sit on.

Beautiful Place

We spent a lot of time on the porch and loved how beautiful the house is. It would be much better if there were enough amenities such as towels, forks for 6 guests especially when staying for a full week.

Great Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for my husband and I, and our two dogs. Great area for walking the dogs and easy beach access a block away. The house was very clean, although it did have a strong odor from the cleaning solutions the housekeepers use. My only complaint is that there were no additional blankets for the beds and the thermostat was locked on “air” so we couldn’t turn the heat on although we could adjust the temperature! (Brrr!)

Lovely home, great location

I would certainly return to this property and stay for a period of time. It was very clean and well appointed and just a short walk to the beach and a nice area to walk my dog. We enjoyed the porch with a comfortable daybed for relaxing. Wish we had more time to stay, but will be back. Thank you so much for booking just 1 night while migrating to North Carolina. Nice sheets, comfortable bed. Thank you for welcoming my dog as well. Wish the door lock had a shorter key code, though, and didn't automatically lock. Would have been easier to get moved in.

Wonderful!

My sister and I stayed here for two nights to break up our road trip. We were in awe at everything about this weekend. From the most beautiful sunset we’d ever seen crossing over the sound to the friendly people we encountered and the quiet beaches with clear blue water, it couldn’t have been better. The space itself was easy to find and check in to. It was very well decorated which is what we loved most about it. Make sure you bring everything you need if you’re going to cook at all (or make coffee), make sure you bring what you need. While the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, we had to stop and buy coffee (and forgot to buy filters so made a second trip to the store). You may also want to bring your own cleaning supplies if you stay long enough to make any messes (or have a dog that has an accident) since they kept all that stuff locked up. Also, the TV was glitchy at times but unplugging it and plugging it back in fixed the issue.

Great location

Location was great. House was clean. Couple things that would make me not recommend this spot. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Bring your own pillow. Blankets are thin and there are not any extras anywhere. Had to request more which Vacasa did supply. Would’ve been nice for basic essentials. For example: coffee filters, salt, pepper, some spices, more than 4 forks would be nice, and more toilet paper. We only were given 3 rolls of tp and then had to buy our own. Take note there is no bathroom on the first floor and no tv’s in bedrooms. The house also had some broken items when we arrived. For example the bench on the balcony had a leg completely busted off and then wedged under the seat to prop it up. Good thing no one sat on it. It would have collapsed. We did enjoy our trip very much but would probably choose a different home next time.

Most frustrating vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in

We are from the area and currently renting our home but needed to be back in town for a few weeks for both me and my husbands work so I thought we would make it a staycation. We needed somewhere that allowed dogs and this one seemed to be a good fit. We are not super high maintenance people and it was small so we thgout it would be perfect. Upon arriving, there were immediately issues. No hand soap in the kitchen. Refrigerator bulb was out. Hooks in one bathroom We’re snapped off the door. One tub didn’t drain well and one tub didn’t fill so we had to shower our 5 year old for 2 weeks. Again not huge things but inconvenient. We realized the patio doors and one set of bedroom doors don’t lock and no safety bar to use. Beds were HORRIBLY uncomfortable and there were slats missing underneath one so your head sinks and your feet sink. It’s just a mattress on slats there is no box spring and the beds are incredibly noisy just rolling over is so loud. There are zero fans anywhere not on the ceilings or a box fan. This is a pet friendly property and there was no vacuum anywhere. Just brooms. That’s fine but we stayed for 2 weeks and would have loved to not have to have swept 3x a day. I got in contact with Vrbo about a handful of these things and heard back from the local team that door locks had been ordered and then radio silence. I also messaged them and asked if they could at least get us a new fridge bulb and no response. DO NOT stay here.
