The home features a smart TV in the living room. You may access any of your favorite streaming apps on the TV, but don’t forget to logout when you leave. The home is also connected with high speed cable internet with Wi-Fi.

There is a deck off the back of the house that is very private and a great space for enjoying quiet evenings! The front porch also features seating.

Driveway parking for one vehicle and street parking available.
🛏️ HIGH QUALITY LINENS 🛁
We are happy to stock all of our properties with white high quality linens.We provide sheets for every bed as well as two (2) bath towels and washcloths per guest capacity. We will also provide two hand towels in each bathroom as well as two kitchen towels in each kitchen. We provide two black washcloths in each bathroom for makeup removal.
We ask that our guests please do not use our white linens for anything that will stain them, including makeup removal. Any linens left stained will be charged back to guests.
We try to avoid using bleach in our laundry if possible, we wash everything with Oxi Clean and Dawn.
🧼 ESSENTIALS 🗑️
All our properties include all the essentials and needs to allow for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! The items listed below are provided in every single one of our properties and consumable items are only a starter kit.
Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, a dish sponge, two (2) trash bags, two (2) K-cups per guest capacity.
Bathrooms have locked dispensers on the shower walls with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom. Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and yard. There are no shared spaces.

Check-in will be at 3 p.m. and check-out will be at 10 a.m. and our property care technicians will arrive shortly after the check-out time to prepare the home for the next guests. If you need to check-in after 10 p.m. we ask that you let us know ahead of time.
All of our properties have self-check-in and have coded smart locks on the doors. The code you will receive for your reservation is unique to your reservation and will only work between the check-in and check-out times.
Sometimes technology fails, however if this happens we also have a backup lockbox on the property with a physical key so you can get inside.
‼️ EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT ⏰
We understand that sometimes you need to start your stay a little sooner or need more time before a flight home. We will make our best effort to accommodate you, however we often have guests leaving the morning of your check-in or new guests coming a few hours after your check-out.
🚭 OTHER RULES AND POLICIES ‼️
No smoking of any kind inside the property. If you smoke outside we ask that you pickup any cigarette butts before you check-out. Guests who smoke will be charged up to $2,000 penalty fee for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the home.
Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
To respect our neighbors, we observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. each day.
We provide high quality white linens in all of our properties. Guests will be charged a depreciated replacement value of these linens if they damage or stain them.
