Beach & Pool is the perfect weekly or monthly beach vacation getaway for couples. This one-bedroom, single-bathroom residence is conveniently located directly across from Bonita Beach Access. After a day of basking in the Florida sunshine on the beach, relax in your private heated pool and spa. Loft-style living area has two sleepers which sleep two guests in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with dish washer, cooktop, microwave oven, toaster oven and refrigerator. Home has central air conditioning, washer and dryer, internet, and cable TV in living room. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella provided. Bring or rent your boat and leave it at your private backyard dock, or just grab the fishing poles and unwind. Leave the car at home and walk to local restaurants, bars and nightlife. Just short steps to Doc' Beach House and Coconut Jack's restaurants. Gas grill included for your barbecue needs. Pets considered.

Great place & location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and it is so close to the beach. It was a great place for just a couple to stay. The bed is listed as a king, but it is a queen size. It was fine for us, but just want others to be aware if needing a king.

Great location near the beach.

Loved the ability to walk one block to the beach and come back and jump into the private pool whenever I wanted. Great for one person or a couple. Quiet neighborhood.

the Beach

This is a smaller older property in a great area.It is very close to the public beach and Doc's Beach House Restaurant. We had some confusion checking in but that is resolved. The Washing machine blew up and was promptly replaced. Arlen was very easy to reach and to work with. No other major issues.

Fantastic location for the full beach life vacay!

We literally walked to the beach every day and when we didn’t want to go to the beach, we stayed home and swam in our private pool! It’s truly all about location, location, location with this rental. We had a few issues when we arrived but Arlan was very attentive and fixed our issues as quickly as he could. The inside of the place was very clean and tidy but the pool area was dirty and covered with webs. It was easy for us to clean that up but some better care could be taken by management in the future. The pool was heated and was very refreshing! The only negative about the inside of the rental is that the main bed is NOT king like the listing states. That was kind of a bummer because my husband is a bigger guy but we got used to it. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a washer and dryer at this location. And all of the amenities for the beach that anyone could want! We will def be back!

Beach & Pool Review

Simple pleasant house. Some minor construction in progress underneath. No work was done during our 10-day stay. There is was no Keurig coffee maker as promised. Stovetop was functional but oven was not. On arrival, we had to determine how to turn the hot water heater on after having taken a cold/lukewarm shower. The on-site private pool was nice, however the hot tub was intermittently functional seemingly on no set schedule. Also, the pool light did not work, or we simply could not figure out how to turn it on and there were no instructions on how to do so. The TV only received a few local stations and there was no cable box functional. Overall, it was a bargain for the price. Proximity to the beach was great, however, it was difficult to find a parking spot at one of the nearby beach access points. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The sunsets were stellar from the balcony looking towards the Gulf Coast. Would stay there again if we were to make the trip to Bonita Springs Beach.

Poor to no follow through with property manager

The apartment is nice enough and suited our needs. Loved the private pool!! Great location! However, there were a number of issues with the property and the communications with the manager were poor at best. He only resolved or even attempted to resolve one issue during our stay despite a few different calls/texts. Wrote a long email upon our departure stating my displeasure and no response whatsoever. See the following for details of issues: The dishwasher would not work The beach chairs were dry rotted The ice machine in the freezer did not work Neither the bathtub nor the kitchen sink would drain water well so standing in 6 inches of water while showering and yucky water in sink while trying to rinse things The jets on the hot tub would not work There was only one trash bag for the kitchen trash and one roll of toilet tissue The back glass sliding door lock did not work (but had a wood door jam). The beach chairs were replaced! However, NO other response regarding any of the above. This is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. I'm absolutely appalled that the issue with the glass sliding door was not addressed promptly as this is a huge safety issue, not to mention the possibility of vandalism to the property for the owners. Disturbingly, this was noted in reviews clear back in April - well over three months ago!!! I can only imagine that the owners don't know about all of these things. If they do, I suppose they must not care. I would avoid Collier Global Vacation Rentals in the future!

Great Place. Exactly as described!

Great experience. Place was clean, easy access to area. Loved the pool! Walking distance to beach and several places to eat. Only thing I suggest is that there are 2 keys and they are not duplicates. There are 2 separate locks, the garage entry and the access door to enter in garage! Hope I can stay again next year!!

Close to Beach Action

The location was wonderful - a block and a half off of Bonita Beach with Doc's Beach House and Coconut Joe's within walking distance. The enclosed pull was great - we spent many hours out in the solitude of the pool/deck. Only downside was that the interior needed some minor attention - rear sliding door lock was broken (although still secured) and a few light fixtures/fans were not working. We enjoyed a nice relaxing stay here and would do it again!

Perfect location for relaxation!!!

We enjoyed our week stay at the Beach and Pool. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach, a short walk to Doc’s and an easy drive to restaurants and fun!! A few days were overcast, but we relaxed poolside with cocktails and made our own dinner…just peaceful and relaxing. Having a kitchen and laundry was convenient and the primary bed was super comfortable!!! I appreciated having a garage for the rental car and the community seemed very safe. Great Florida stay for the price!!

Bonita Springs Beach and Pool House

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was ideal for walks to the beach and walks in the quiet neighborhood with our dog. The property was very clean and just as represented. It allowed us to have a great week at the beach.

Location, location, location!!!

If you're looking for place for a couple or small family of 3 or 4 close to the beach or within 20 miles of several AMAZING golf courses look no further! The neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. The unit was very clean and the pool was great for cooling off after a day golfing, hanging out at the beach, or just relaxing by for a day. The only downside is the unit does not have an oven. It has an air fryer combo and toaster oven as well as a two burner cook top. There is also a grill outside that can be used. This was more than sufficient for us as all we cooked was breakfast and then hit up the local joints for lunch and dinner. I would definitely stay here again and would suggest it to friends and family.

Disaster

The pool deck was covered in mildew(we cleaned it) the pool skimmer was shut off(we fixed it) the low salt lite was on for two weeks. On our return from the beach on afternoon found the wall and counter covered with ants, took the owner 10 hours to sent an exterminator to handle the problem. had to fix the smoke alarm after it went off at 4:00 am. Location was great

Dan, stated there was some black discoloration on two loungers, Dan stated there was some Clorox spray in garage and he had cleaned it before i had opportunity to send cleaning company. Pool is serviced every week, there is no skimmer to turn off or on, it is on timer and cycles automatically. In regards to ants. Client was there for 12 days before sugar ants appeared. Manager was there within two hours and placed bait stations under sink and outside window sill. Large amounts of food where setting on coutner, which had attracted the ants. Pest control was there with in 6 hours of being notified. Client did not want me to come in to change battery so left battery on door step and he changed.

Perfect location, great place to stay

This house was perfect for our young family of four. The house was immaculate upon check in and it had just about everything we needed. The pool and hot tub are nicely maintained . All appliances are brand new . It’s literally just a walk across the street from the beach . There are 4 beach chairs that are light and easy to carry . The only small issues were that there was no pump for the pull out couch/air matress so sleeping on it was relatively uncomfortable. Two small children didn’t mind but an adult would not be comfortable. The pool and spa also run together. So you can’t have a “hot tub” hotter than pool temp. Overall this place was amazing and will definitely return in the future !

It was ok

There are a few things to be addressed. One of them is a journal for people to review the place. No kitchen dish clothes which we bought and left. Additional mirror in bedroom. Extra hooks in bathroom to hang items. Would have cleaned but no supplies. Extra garbage bags. Little things but make a vacation enjoyable.

The Beach & Pool , has sponges in kitchen for use. It also has a starter supply of all paper products, full supply of laundry and dishwasher products. The pool heat is included in rate. Rental Manager comes by and. takes recycle & trash out every week for pickup. We appreciate on line reviews versus on site book, that can only be read after arrival.
