Now offering one of Arcadia's first villas with a PRIVATE POOL (in-ground, dimensions of 16'x37')! Arcadia #66 is a brand new 5-bedroom/6-bathroom villa sleeping up to 20 people! This home is the ultimate retreat for families and groups looking to stay at Arcadia! Enjoy the best of both worlds with access to the beloved Arcadia pools, water slide, lazy river, and clubhouse while having access to a private pool at your own home! Other amenities include a pool table, Xbox, multi-game arcade, and fire pit.

Pool usage fee is included in reservation fees and is required. Please note, these homes have 2 adjoining interior doors for added convenience when renting both villas together (Arcadia Double Dippin'). These are located off the kitchen and upstairs family room. They operate identical to a hotel style adjoining door system and feature a deadlock on each side for privacy and security when renting the unit individually.
