Welcome to the Country Clubhouse! This updated home features 4 bedrooms(4th bedroom room has pullout couch), 2 bathrooms, and a large fenced in yard all located near the Rehoboth Bay. Sit back and relax on vacation, you're only miles away from the action in downtown Reho.

Home is fully stocked with all your kitchen needs, leather couches, a big screen TV, a large dining room table, a garage with a pool table, and a quiet back patio.

*All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents.

*Does not rent with monthly discount May-August.

**DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.


Less than a mile to park and ride, restaurants, & Fresh Market.

*Sleeps 10 but can sleep more if requested

Guests have access to the whole house, garage, and back yard.

House Rules:
**It is expected that you treat our place with respect and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up.
**No PARTIES
**Please take off shoes after you enter the house
**No extra overnight guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction.
**QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors
**Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING in the unit!!!
** Checkout is no later than 10am
** Guest will be charged for damages
-Toiletries/supplies are fully stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed.
-Trash needs to be put out every Sunday night for a Monday morning pick up
**Please do not put inside furniture outside
**Should your makeup or any bodily fluids stain our pillowcases, sheets, or towels, a damage fee for each item stained will be charged to you.
**No trash should be left outside unit door or on porch. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins located in the driveway.
**No clothes, towels, blankets, etc., are permitted on the front railings for drying or airing.
**Absolutely no candles should be used in this property!

**LONGER STAYS**(monthly)
-It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay.
