Harbour View Getaway is fully renovated inside and out. Just 1 block from Lake Superior. You can enjoy great views of the Big Lake as well as the lighthouse. Fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, king beds in all of the bedrooms. Wonderful backyard space. There is also a space with a desk to get some work done!

We love the house, the location and the positive energy of our host. The house is a quick walk to Lake Superior and all the amenities the town of Grand Marais has to offer. We will definitely be back!

House was great. Very clean relative to other short term stay houses we have stayed in. There was a small mix-up with the lock keypad, but it was resolved quickly. We left a night early but overall had a good experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Harbour View! The home was beautifully decorated, very clean, and even more spacious than we expected. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect—easy walking distance to local restaurants and just a quick two-minute drive to the harbor, where we watched the sunrise each morning. Highly recommend this property!

Great stay near the lake and downtown

This property was a great place to stay! It's walking distance from downtown Grand Marais and has lots of space and wonderful amenities.

Amazing location

The location was great. So close to all the restaurants and shops that we wanted to visit The place was great. We loved the patios, and decor inside.

The property was wonderful. It was close to shops and our favorite restaurant, The Angry Trout and to the lake. The owners were nice and very responsive to our needs. This was our second stay here and we hope to come back again

We really enjoyed our stay here! This was our third visit here. We really like the location. The view of the harbor is great and it’s an easy walk to down town Grand Marais. The rental is well taken care of. It was very easy to communicate with the owner too.We will stay here again!

The Perfect Retreat

We loved everything about our stay! The location in Grand Marais is so convenient for all our adventures - whether holiday shopping, hiking or running to the grocery to grab milk and eggs. The house was a great size while also cozy. We will be back!

Great place!!

This place was newly remodeled and done very nicely. Loved all the pictures that gave it a very homey feeling. Fireplace for chilly afternoons, very clean and well stocked kitchen. You will enjoy it too!!

They thought of everything!

We had a wonderful stay at the Harbour View Getaway! The owners did a fantastic job of renovating the property and including everything a guest needs to have a great stay. The place is spotless clean, the decor is tasteful and comfortable, and it’s conveniently located. We will definitely stay here again!

An easy walk to many activities

We enjoyed our stay - the clean accommodations, an easy walk to the downtown area. The bedrooms were ample size, the living area was spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked with new appliances and dishes.

Another amazing Grand Marais Trip

The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was well stocked and included nice touches to make it easier having our dog with us. We will be back for sure!

A great week!

The harbor view cottage was perfect for our stay. The accommodations had everything we needed, from cookware to dog treats and everything in between. We loved being within walkable distance to town and exploring all that the region has to offer. Hope to be back soon!

Better than a Hotel

My friends and I have been coming up to Grand Marais every year for 10+ years, when our usual hotel room was booked we found this VRBO and we're glad we did! The house was obviously recently remodeled and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is super close to everything in town and really close to the Angry Trout which we went to twice! We'll be back again next year!

5th Ave West is the hub for short term rentals in Grand Marais. We also own the property across the street if you would like more room for larger groups. This property has wonderful views of the harbor from several spots in the house.
