Sunny and very stylish, this third-floor, ocean-view condo is sure to be the highlight of your next vacation in beautiful North Myrtle Beach! Set back just steps from the beach, this property is also conveniently close to a number of local attractions, including Lost Treasure Golf, the Duplin Winery, the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, and the Carolina Opry, all within seven miles of your door.

Start your days with sunrises and fresh-brewed coffee out on your furnished balcony as the beach comes alive down below. Prepare anything from quick breakfasts to full-course dinners in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and then dine together or play a few board games at the adjacent table. After meals, recline on the matching sofas in the sunlit living area and watch TV, or set your laptop up on the desk in the main bedroom and go online to address some remote work or plan out your vacation days. This condo also comes equipped with central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

On-site, splash away your cares in the shared pool, or fire up one of the charcoal grills and enjoy a family cookout!

Great North Myrtle Beach Condo

Loved the spacious and quiet condo right on the beach. 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms was plenty of room for our family. The pool and grill area was very nice and we used the grills a few times. Location was excellent. Only thing missing for me was the personal touch....Most VRBO's have information left by the owners or property manager on favorite local restaurants or places to go for a light lunch or fresh seafood. There was none of that....so we figured it out on our own. Kitchen cookware is not great but adequate. No kitchen starters like spices or oil, so plan on bringing that. Overall, we had a great stay. I'd stay here again for sure.

The condo itself was excellent. Great location, quiet, fantastic beach, spacious rooms.The “pantry” was non-existent. There was salt and pepper. Most VRBO’s I’ve stayed in have at least a few spices and cooking items. Cookware in the kitchen was poor, but we made due. The pool and outdoor grill area was nice and we used it several times.Access to beach chairs and/or beach items was nearly non-existent, so bring your own or rent.Lastly, most VRBO’s will have a list of the owner’s favorite local restaurants and/or attractions. Not this one. It was very impersonal besides family photos everywhere…which was kind of strange.So…I’d recommend this VRBO, but don’t expect the “personal touch” that a lot of VRBO’s have.

Beach Trip

Vacasa was very easy to use and very helpful. We were able to check in early using our code but quickly after the code did not work. Vacasa helped us very quickly to get new code and let us enjoy our week with no other issues. Very positive experience.

Great beach condo

Overall great place to stay. Slightly more complicated to communicate about property with VACASA and not property owner but they were responsive. Condo is pretty and comfortable and had what we needed. Pool was very nice. WiFi was strong.

Beautiful!

Beautiful ocean front condo, we had an issue with the showers draining and Vacasa had plumbers there within hours. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful

This condo is perfect!! It was very clean and fully stocked with plenty of towels, sheets, kitchenware and even some beach toys. The balcony is great with beautiful views. Great location with plenty of food and activity options near by. I highly recommend this condo. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Poor Local Management

When we showed up we found out that the outside of the building was being refurbished, causing lots of constant noise. In addition, we were not able to use the balcony that we paid extra for. Repeated attempts to Vacasa, the local management company, finally resulted in a resolution, even though it did not meet our satisfaction. We ended up checking out early, but were not refunded for the entirety of the nights not used. Again, after repeated attempts to get this resolved, we were credited with an additional 200, still 400 dollars short of what we should have been refunded. We never did receive an explanation as to how they calculated the refund. We travel a lot but will make sure we never rent a unit that is managed by Vacasa again.

Second Visit as good as the first

This was our second visit to this unit. We stayed with another couple and the ensuite bathroom in two of the bedrooms made it perfect. Being right on the water is a huge plus for us. Loved enjoying the deck each night. Close to local restaurants and anything else you can think of.

Ladies trip 2024

The condo was wonderful..there was 5 ladies and we had plenty of room...kitchen well equipped..the view was great from morning sunrises to evening sunsets..we loved our trip hope to be back there next year 😀 😊

Wonderful rental

We have visited North Myrtle for several years now but this was our first booking with Vacasa, the condo was clean and prepared for our arrival. Loved not having to check in at an alternate location first. The condo was comfortable and up to date.

Myrtle Beach Stay

This condo provided all the necessary amenities needed for a weeklong vacation! It was comfortable, homey and had a wonderful view. The pool was a hotspot for our kids and everyone was very welcoming. The only downside was that our place wasn’t cleaned in time for our check in so we briefly shared the place with the cleaning crew who did an efficient job getting everything squared away for us. Overall, would definitely book again and would highly recommend!

Comfy home away from home on the ocean!

Our recent Myrtle Beach getaway at Shoreham Towers 3B was fantastic. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The layout was warm and inviting, and the balcony boasted incredible ocean views. The condo truly felt like a home away from home, with a fully-stocked kitchen that made whipping up meals easy. We spent evenings unwinding on the comfortable balcony chairs admiring the ocean. To our delight, there was even a stash of board games to keep us entertained. The resort itself was a delight too. The sparkling pool offered a welcome escape from the midday heat, and getting to the beach was a breeze - a short walk down a well-maintained path. They also conveniently offer carts to make transporting your belongings to and from your condo easy. While mostly positive we did have one issue. Unfortunately, the washer malfunctioned, springing a leak and rendering it unusable for our entire stay, which was a bummer because we specifically wanted a unit with a washer and dryer. The wonderful housekeeper, Suki came to the rescue and gave us plenty of towels to use for the remainder of our stay. The good news is for future guests, it should be rectified as we were told the owner was ordering a new washer, but definitely a bummer for us. Despite the setback, we absolutely loved our stay. It felt like a home away from home, with all the comforts and conveniences we could ask for. The location and resort amenities were fantastic.

Overall wonderful stay

While there are little things that could be done to improve comfort this was an amazing find for us. The view is incredible and the building is exceptionally peaceful. This was our first time renting through an agency and we weren’t prepared with our own toilet paper and paper towels or spices, etc. but that is a learning curve, not a complaint! Vacasa was quick to respond to needs/questions. Would certainly recommend this unit and return in the future.
