We welcome to your relaxing home away from home, right in the heart of the GOTL Strip! Enjoy your stay in this newly-renovated 4 bedroom home, that sleeps 10 comfortably. Here you will find all the amenities of home, located right in the middle of the action. Lively bars, delicious restaurants, and delightful wineries are steps away at the top of your quiet street! This rental is complete with self check in, WiFi, Roku enabled television (use your own passwords for streaming services), central air and heating, brand new memory foam mattresses, washer/dryer and a full kitchen. Shower and bathroom toiletries, linens and towels will be supplied. Perfect for family vacations, a friends' weekend getaway, and bachelorette parties! If you want to venture further out from The Strip, the wineries and the beautiful state park, marina and beach are all within a few minutes drive. Looking forward to having you!

Great place to stay! Spacious with all the amenities. Did end up driving into town because of the weather but could have walked there in 10 mins if we wanted.

Perfect for 10 of us celebrating a 60th birthday. Walking distance to strip and plenty of parking out back. Needs a couple more mirrors and definitely needs a full length one with 10 women. Grass needed cut but outdoor area was spacious. Would stay here again.

We had no idea this place was going to look so nice. It was perfect to walk to the strip and have everyone stay comfortably. We will definitely stay there again.

GOTL

The house was beautiful, and each room did have two beds, so that was nice. There was a open floor plan in the kitchen and dining room into the livingroom. The master room has its own bathroom ensuite and is really nice. I will say the neighborhood is a little rough, but it is a short walk over to the strip, about 15 mins or so. Back yard was also awesome with a fire pit, outdoor furniture ect.

Such a pretty little place on a quiet street. Very clean. Especially enjoyed roasting s’mores over the fire pit in the backyard. A little slice of heaven at this place. Thank you for renting to us.

Our stay was perfect. Beautiful inside, outside was great with enough seating. Walking distance to the strip was great. The bedrooms were great size and beds were very comfortable.. Thanks for everything!!

Owner very nice but property in need of fixes

Niko and Rina were very nice hosts but the property was in desperate need of many things. Most important, the master bath shower barely drains and is filled with water in 30 sec.The other bathroom fan switch sparked and smoked when we flipped it once so we stopped using it. There is almost no kitchen utensils or dish cloths. We left a can opener there. Not enough silverware, glasses or dishes. The sliding door needs replaced immediately. Some people could barely move it to open and the outside steps to the door are weak and move so its dangerous trying to pull it open. The lawn you need to walk through to get to the front door hasn't been cut in about a month and the weeds all around the fence are very high. The outside brick oven/fireplace is gorgeous

Perfect Spot

Perfect set up for our group. Beds were comfy and sheets soft. Exceptionally clean. Plenty of room to hang out inside or outside. Nice covered porch area in back and bonus outdoor oven and firepit that were a lovely surprise. Parking for 5 on site, quiet neighborhood. Less that 1/2 mile from strip, easy walk. My only feedback for improvement: we couldn't find a cutting board or knives. Resorted to eating hunks of cheese like heathens, hahaha. But really, it was wonderful, would recommend without reservation! And Niko was extremely responsive, particularly when we had a little user error opening the front door. Thanks Niko!

100th Family Reunion

Clean, Well Located, Good Parking. We enjoyed the backyard. There was plenty of seating of the family and guests. We had a cook out and used the fire pit to roast marshmallows and make sa'mores. Both the fire pit and the grill were full of ash that we had to remove before they could be used. There was not enough silverware for when we add two more people to the six of us. Please add hooks to hang wet towels and wash clothes. Also, the only place to put luggage was the floor or an empty bed if there was one. Luggage racks and/or dressers would have improved our stay. When we are some where for a week and sharing bathrooms it is necessary to have. The walk in shower was great but definitely the two handles leaked terribly and need to be fixed. We did enjoy that it was easy to walk to the strip and was relatively quiet neighborhood. We would recommend the property to others.

We were a group of 70 women who just needed a getaway. Our stay was fantastic. The rental was clean, cozy, and had all that we needed for the 4 days. The communication with the property manager was very easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful 4 days and would do it again. Martha in PA.
