Relaxing Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was in a great location with easy access to the beach, shopping, and downtown Pensacola. We used the pool daily during our stay, it was a great size, and there were pool toys available at the house as well as beach gear. The host was very helpful with letting us know about fun things to do/experience in the area.

Host "Kat" and her son Conner were both very helpful with access and house details. The house was very clean with exception of the garage that was under repair. It appears the interior was recently painted new fixtures which was a plus.The pool was clean and with a few updates needed but fun. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Monica, I am glad you taught me that VRBO also has a 24-hr line just like Airbnb. that I had to use several times to help with the issues we ran into 1) last minute booking 2) how to cancel it as Monica requested 7, but wanted to bring 9 (over capacity) 3) rebooking the day off the stay when you sent another request 4) calling Mediacom after you complained about TV while you were able to stream 100 GB, 5) complaining about the pool even after the pool company left. 6) I gave you a chance of full refund for day 2-3, so you could stay at a hotel as my house is my heart and I don't want unhappy guests, but you refused. 7) teaching me that giving an honest review to a guest is crucial to warn future hosts. Sorry, we do not give refunds for unsubstantiated complaints. My best advice is book ahead of time, so you can read listing description and get the right price to be happy. Kat

First of all Katarina couldn’t have been more helpful and responded in a very timely matter to any and all messages sent. My wife had left a pair of shorts at the house and Katarina responded to my message and facilitated us getting the shorts back despite dealing with personal issues. That alone made the stay worth it to us. This place is a beautiful home in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The pictures do not do it justice. Anything that you would need for your stay, within reason, was provided to us. The pool was amazing and our daughter absolutely had a blast playing in it. The property is within minutes of anywhere you would need or want to go when visiting Pensacola, FL. We would recommend this home to anyone and everyone. I promise you won’t find a better host out there. Thank you again Katerina for your hospitality.

Property was clean. Pool was excellent and a huge plus. There were ample pool toys and floaties available at the property, as well. It was very secluded and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, but close enough that everything was a 15-20 minute drive away. Communication with the host was great. We’d definitely stay again if the property was available the next time we travel to the area!

Quiet property in a neighborhood outside the “tourist” vibe. The private pool and gas grill were nice. There was pool and beach equipment available for our use. The only thing we found slightly lacking was that the kitchen was sparsely furnished. It was adequate but no extras. Approximately 15 minute drive into Pensacola and 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach. We bought the weekly car pass for the Golf Islands National Park (25) and had access to very nice beaches that weren’t crowded and had nice amenities (shade pavilions, parking, bathrooms, and showers).
