Vacuum cleaner: We keep two on-site. One needed to be emptied, which I did while there. The other was fully functional. Outdoor shower: There was no mechanical issue. I demonstrated how to turn it on during our conversation. I understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t go as expected, and I did everything I could to assist and clarify in person. Because each issue was resolved immediately and no major defect was found, I didn’t find a 50% refund appropriate.
