Bienvenido de TPM Condos. Ubicado directamente en la playa, este condominio de 1300 pies cuadrados, bien amueblado, con una vista intercostera, está a solo minutos de todos los lugares de diversión en la playa. Hay transporte público en la puerta principal. Muchos restaurantes están a poca distancia. Estamos a cuarenta y cinco minutos de Busch Gardens ya una hora y media de Disney World. Los aeropuertos de Tampa o Clearwater están a poca distancia.
No faltan actividades para toda la familia, de día o de noche. Desde los delfines en John's Pass o Clearwater hasta uno de los mercados de pulgas de fin de semana más grandes de Florida, hay mucho para mantener a todo el grupo. Si te quedas sin cosas que hacer, solo llámanos y te ayudaremos a comenzar de nuevo.

A wonderful vacation

The condo was exactly as described . My grandchildren found the pool to be their absolute favorite!! The location is great. The beach is wonderful.

Indian Shores Comdo

The building sits on the beach, but this unit faces the street with no balcony. The pool area is well maintained and comfortable. The location is close to dining and shopping options while being away from higher traffic areas. Although the unit is dated and not as clean as I would have liked, it is spacious and the kitchen is well appointed.

Wonderful time

We had a great time. Condo was great size for a family vacation of 9. Location was perfect but wished there was an ocean view from the unit.

Great location, but FILTHY!

Overall, the condo is in a great location. You can't beat being able to step right out onto the beach or walk to coffee shops and restaurants. It was spacious for our family of six and the furniture was comfortable. I also appreciated the beach toys, chairs, and coolers! However, there were many "cons" of this property: 1) We did not receive our check-in information until after check in time, and only when we messaged the owners. 2) We were not told ahead of time that we would need to go to a separate location (albeit close by) to pick up and return the keys to the unit. We arrived after midnight and would have appreciated a key code lock box like most rentals have. 3) The paperwork we received gave a key code for the elevator, pool, and beach, but failed to mention that for the elevator you have to press # before the number, and for the pool you have to press * after the number. We had to wait around until another guest came by in both situations to ask how to get in. 4) The unit was filthy. In addition to massive amounts of dust in the bathroom vents, baseboards, etc, the bathrooms had mold on the floors and in the showers. There were dirty handprints and other unknown substances on nearly every wall and door. There was a large splatter on the side of the refrigerator. I could go on. 5) I do not mind at all that the décor is not "up to date" like other reviewers mentioned as that is personal preference, but some areas need some TLC. For example, the paint in the hall bathroom is crumbling off the walls. 6) We awoke to cockroaches on our first morning. I understand that we were in Florida and bugs exist, but we had not yet even eaten a snack or created any trash. I contacted the owners to let them know but never received a response. We did not spend much time in the unit as we were there to enjoy the beach and pool, but when cooking meals and using the bathrooms, it was hard to feel comfortable.

Perfect location and very nice property

We had a great time and the weather cooperated for us. The condo was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The breathtaking sunsets were easily seen. We are planning on coming back again next year and bring more family members.

Family vacation

We had problems checking in the keys and paper work said 305 and the email said 205 for the condo. So we went with the keys and paperwork and actually scared a kid and family trying to use the key to get into their condo!!! Very embarrassing! I hope this gets fixed. We also had a roach problem, and we got bit while sleeping. And the main bath tub didn't drain. Everything else was good. The condo was well stocked to cook. And clean.

Family trip

Overall the stay was good. The condo could have used a little more up keep and definitely a deep clean! While there we found a fake finger nail, a bra, and socks, none were ours. The lady at the condo was very nice and the people we rented the condo from were also very nice and responded to any questions quickly. The beach in front of the condo was beautiful and quiet. There was restaurants and miniature golf in walking distance.

Good location

The check in process was quite eventful. The condo itself was nice and clean for the most part, being on the beach I know it is hard to get ALL of the sand cleaned up. We relied on the trolley which was great because there were stops going North and South right outside the condo. The bathrooms could use a major remodel/updating and the mattresses could be replaced. The king size mattress was not comfortable. Overall we had a great time.

March 2022 Indian Shore Stay

When we arrived all the silverware, glasses and dishes had to be washed. They all had food smudge on them. Every pan I used also had crumbs or dirt on them. Not only were they dirty, but old and it would be very inexpensive to update the fry pans in your condo. The counter and sink and oven were all dirty. It would be grateful if I was refunded a portion of the Cleaning Fee I paid. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were clean but very outdated. A little paint goes a long way. For the convenience of the beach and property I would rent again with stipulations that the kitchen and dishes were clean.

Beautiful Florida Getaway

This property was absolutely beautiful. We loved the fact that we only had to walk down two flights of stairs and could be on the beach or in the pool in minutes. This was a perfect setup for us and our son. Restaurants and stores were in walking distance and there were many more places to visit within a short drive. The owners were quick to answer and were helpful with all questions. Highly recommend this place!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The pool was heated, which was a plus and being right on the beach was perfect for our 3 boys! We had plenty of space, onsite parking and the kitchen was very well stocked.

We have been in the rental business for some time now and bought our Florida vacation condo a few years ago. We hope to be able to add other condos. such as our two new condos in Branson, MO, in various localities to our available list as time moves on, so that we can enjoy them along with our guests.

Our goal is to be able to provide an afordable home away from home to help give vacationing familys the luxury of a home-style setting to relax and enjoy their time out of the hectic daily life style. We are in the process of up-dating the condo. This year is all new furniture and carpeting.
