The common spaces include a rooftop infinity pool that has plenty of sun loungers, shaded pods, a swim up bar, hot tub and a restaurant. On the 3rd floor you’ll find yet another gorgeous pool with more loungers and a bit more shade, breakfast service and a bar, a hot tub, and a games area. The 2nd floor features a huge gym, with cardio machines facing the view and a spa.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

A $500 MXN PESOS per night y (not per person) resort fee will be charged at the security front desk upon arrival. This resort fee is additional and independent from Maxwell Residences.

Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited.

Setting Indah apart from all other residences are its unprecedented luxury amenities that are exclusive to guests:

- The 3rd-floor bar opens at 14:00h and dinner service at 18:00h to 21:30h.
- The rooftop terrace Restaurant & Bar is open 08:00h - 18:00h.

Getting Around:
Zona Romantica (and all of its bars, restaurants, shops, and cafes) are a 15 minute walk down a quiet cobblestone road. Guests can also take a 3 minute Uber for $3, or a taxi (as there are several that stay next to the condo lobby). There are two quiet beaches located in front of the condo, and you can walk to Los Muertos Beach in about 5 minutes.

- no music on the balcony any time
