Close to beach

Clean and well kept house walking distance to the beach. Nice garage ping pong table. Luxvaca staff very helpful when I called to get past gate attendant and had trouble opening front door initially

Comfortable home in beautiful location

We stayed in this home with two families- 3 children under 6, and 4 adults. The home has (4) large bedrooms each with their own king bed and closet. The beds were super comfortable with nice sheets and plenty of blankets. We loved opening the windows at night to let the sea breeze in. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were able to cook everyday. We used both the dining room and breakfast nook for meals. The dining room could easily accommodate all 7 of us eating together. The hot tub was a nice perk, as well! We enjoyed the location of the home because you could walk to the beach and it's just off of 17 mile drive. It's secluded so that it's quiet, but it's also only about a 10 minute drive to Trader Joes/Safeway/Starbucks. The only down side is there were no sidewalks, so you just need to be careful of cars driving by. We would absolutely return to this home again!

60th birthday girls trip

We (8 of us) found the house very conducive to a large group of women. Each of the four bedrooms had very comfortable king beds, and the decor was very inviting. Also, it had multiple seating areas where we could either gather all together or separate into the different areas. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, very close to the 17 Mile Drive and coast. We didn’t do any cooking of any kind, so I can’t attest to the stove or cooktop, but it did have a nice large refrigerator. It only has two small full baths (with a downstairs bathroom with just a toilet), but we are a low maintenance group of ladies, so it wasn’t a problem. We had three cars amongst us, but could easily have perking space for one or two more. All in all, we were very satisfied with this VRBO rental, and we had a great time!

Beautiful stay on 17 mile drive

We are big renters on vrbo and think has been our favorite house yet. The beds are so comfortable!! when people are awake downstairs the people sleeping upstairs cannot hear them. This house is very cute with lots of charm and staged just right. If I had to force myself to complain about anything it would be that the kitchen isn’t stocked well. So if you plan to cook bring your own oil and seasonings. Also the pans are only stainless steel, which we are not used to cooking with. There’s no waffle maker we could find. And the living room with the tv is quite small. We couldn’t all fit in there comfortably. Other than that it’s a great house to rent and we would come back. Plenty of parking spaces and a big back yard. We enjoyed the spa as well. This is right off the country club also. Also the walk to the ocean is about 15 minutes! Don’t second guess; and book this house! You won’t be disappointed

Reunion

The shared spaces and bedrooms were very nicely updated. However the bathrooms really need updating. If you’re tall (I’m 5’10”) be ready to duck under the foyer and kitchen lighting and both showers.

My family & I stayed here for my birthday getaway for 2 nights. We were a mix of adults, kids and pets. Upon arrival we were in awe having the golf course so close to the house. it was pretty much the neighbor's backyard! Just like the pictures, the house interior decorating is very modern and posh. the rooms were spacious and all the beds were comfortable. The lot is huge and has a lot of potential. I can tell that the place was fairly new and the owner still has plans of doing more renovations- garage was not ready but has great potential to be converted as a game room. The driveway is huge and can fit 4 cars comfortably. I also liked the toiletries they provided- body wash and shampoo smelled great! Of course with pros there comes some cons. Things that were missing were- blow dryer, ironing board and iron, food strainer for washing fruits/veggies. The lights in front and backyard were very dim and could use more lights. the string lights in the backyard wasnt working. no segregation with trash (landfill/recyclable/compost). the windows have no screen so if we left it open bugs or mosquitoes could possibly come in. the front yard and backyard can be renovated with nicer landscape. these are improvements I suggest that would just be nice to have but overall it is a lovely house and the location is beautiful!

Annual Extended Family Trip to Monterey

The property was lovely and we were so thrilled to learn we were staying within Pebble Beach gates. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and we had some amazing walks down to the ocean. There were two instances of strangers coming into the backyard without warning (someone collecting a car from the barn and the gardeners), giving our dogs and kids the potential to get out. This is especially hard to have happen, as it feels like a simple knock at the door would have given us the chance to secure the dogs and the gardeners could have come an hour later when we were checked out. There is a ring camera watching the backyard, which is disturbing as my kids changed into their swimsuits out there. We hope that these issues can be addressed. The house was beautifully decorated, huge, and welcoming. Overall our trip was wonderful and we had a fantastic place to reconnect with our extended family. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in such a gorgeous location.

The general location and surrounding beauty are stunning. The house was great, but the number 27 fuse shorts out when the jacuzzi and we think the clothes dryer were working at the same time , causing the kitchen and family lights to turn out. It would be nice to have an iron and ironing board as well. We walked everyday down to the gorgeous beach and felt so thankful to be able to enjoy such beauty. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!
