Welcome to Cedar Hill, 131 Arnolda Round Road in Charlestown, Rhode Island.
Located in Arnolda, the historic Ninigret Pond shore community, this wooded cottage provides a quiet and relaxing escape. This three-bedroom and two bath cottage provides modern comforts with the simplicity of single-floor living. The master bedroom has a full bath and the two guest bedrooms provide two full beds and one single bed and another full bath. The house has a spacious deck for outdoor sitting and eating or enjoy some friendly competition on the outdoor Shuffleboard court. Arnolda provides a private tennis and pickle ball court and there are abundant recreational opportunities (hiking, biking, tennis, basketball, pickle ball, playground and a fresh water swimming pond) next door at Ninigret Park. If you desire to stay closer to Cedar Hill, the Arnolda community’s private road is frequented by community walkers and bikers. lt is a short ¼ mile walk to the Boat Cove Association dock where kayaks are available for tenants to explore the beauty of Ninigret Pond and its abundant avian and aquatic life.

Great stay near Rhythm and Roots! The house was surprisingly quiet considering the location near Ninigret Park. We had everything we needed for our stay in this beautiful house. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. We'd love to stay again!

We loved everything about the house. It was roomy, clean and had all we needed for a great vacation. The location is great! We used the kayaks and explored ninigret pond, beached at East beach, took a day trip to Block Island and just enjoyed being together.We will definitely come back next year!

This was the perfect vacation home for my family. It was located near family 5 minutes away in Charlestown. The layout of the house was great and it was well appointed. We enjoyed playing shuffleboard and we used the two kayaks. I would highly recommend this property.

The house is lovely. We are very familiar with the area and were happy to find a home in this location. We were gathered to visit some favorite places of a family member who died suddenly this past winter. The home allowed us to host multiple family dinners with relatives around the area. We also played games and did puzzles and had races around the yard. It was nice.

We had a lovely stay here while enjoying a beach weekend! The home is cozy and comfortable, and had everything we needed. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, easily walkable for a morning stroll. Everyone enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep. And in the morning and evenings we enjoyed sitting on the large deck. A place we would revisit in the future and recommend to others!

Great house

The stay was great!! Very clean and coozy house, kids liked to play outside and ride bikes down the water. Would it be nice that they have a fire pit to enjoy the night outside.

Excellent location, beautiful home and grounds

Excellent location for our family gathering. We have been visiting Charlestown for many years and found this to be a wonderful base for our stay. The house is very well equipped and decorated, mattresses very comfortable, welcoming space indoor and out. Easy access to all Charlestown has to offer. We also enjoyed shuffleboard and pickleball.We would stay again!

This was our first trip to this part of R. I. If you are used to the unique traffic patterns and know where things are, I'm sure it would be fine.

Great little getaway

The house was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for cooking a couple of our own meals, as well as tea and coffee. The checkout requests were extremely reasonable. The a/c worked well. The pictures online are from before the house was repainted to blue. So with the house sitting a bit off the road, the new color, and the ‘cedar hill’ label on the sign, we were a bit confused when we first tried to find the house. A note in the listing would have helped there. We had to call when we arrived to get the door code, but the manager answered promptly. The addition of the use of kayaks on the water down the road was awesome as well. Overall a great stay at a well-managed property.

Lovely stay

The pictures for the listing accurately capture the property - clean, bright, open - lovely inside and out. The beds were very comfortable and the property was quiet. It is surrounded by trees which allows for privacy for outdoor dining or other outdoor activities.

Beautiful and just what we needed!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time together this weekend. Such a beautiful place - from the green that surrounds the home to the fully equipped kitchen. Everything inside and out is decorated beautifully. We slept soundly in the two queen beds. The property manager was accessible and extremely helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Happy we stayed here. Kitchen is well stocked, I need to cook when I travel because I have special dietary needs and I was happy this kitchen has everything you would want and need as far as pots, pans etc. 5 starts. Very comfortable and I am happy with my experience.
