Stay in the beautiful Casa De Los Suenos (House of Dreams) with 3 large bedrooms, each with an ensuite. Two living spaces in the house, both with fireplaces. The house is a great location close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, golf, and much more.

INTERIOR:
Large primary sunken living room with gas fireplace and an 86` TV. Family room with a gas fireplace and TV. The Eat-in kitchen has a dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, air fryer, drip coffee maker, plus a Keurig coffee maker, and a gas range top, and is stocked with everything you need to make a great meal and serve it in the separate dining room that overlooks the backyard and pool.

Primary Bedroom
Large bedroom with a king-size bed with nightstands, TV, sitting chairs, and access to the pool and spa. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, a large, unique soaking tub, and a separate shower.

Guest Bedroom #1
Nicely appointed bedroom with a queen bed, semi-ensuite bathroom, and patio with a cafe outside the bedroom. The room has 2 nightstands and a TV

Guest Bedroom #2
Large Bedroom with desk work area and king-size bed. The room also includes nightstands, a TV, desk with an office chair. There is a large en-suite bathroom with a tub-shower combo.

The home boasts two indoor entertaining areas. There is a large living room with an 86` TV and a beautiful fireplace, plenty of room to watch a game, a movie or your favorite TV show. The second living space is just off the kitchen and boasts a fireplace, TV, and access to a small outdoor sitting area. This is a great cozy area for others to hang out while making meals in the spacious kitchen.

The kitchen is spacious with a gas cooktop on the island, a sink with garbage disposal, a dishwasher, a built-in oven, and everything you need to make that gourmet meal.

OUTDOORS
Come relax by the pool in the private backyard. There is a shaded patio with seating to relax and entertain outside. The pool is a great size to enjoy the sun and the mountain views. Grab your favorite beverage and let your muscles relax in the spacious spa. Optional pool and spa heating can be purchased for $75/night for both the pool and spa or $30/night for just spa heating. If the pool and spa heating is purchased, we will heat the pool to 86 and set the spa to 102, anything higher will be an additional cost. There is a natural gas BBQ to grill up your favorite foods.

PARKING
There is garage parking for one vehicle and parking in the driveway for two vehicles.

CITY ORDINANCES
The city has multiple ordinances, but is extremely strict about two of them. One - you are only allowed 3 vehicles at or near the property at any time. Two absolutely no outdoor amplified sounds or music at any time; quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am; during that time, please keep outdoor noise to a low conversation level. Any violation of these rules can result in a fine and immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of arrival. No more than 5 cars at or near the property. No outdoor music or amplified sounds, Quiet hours are from 10pm until 10am. No glitter or confetti. No nails, thumbtacks or staple holes in walls. Only painter’s tape is allowed on walls & ceilings. Any violation of these rules will result in additional charges or fines and immediate termination of your stay with no refund. All payments must be made 30 days before arrival to avoid cancellation of reservation with no refund.
