Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Gorgeous views of Pikes Peak with Garden of the Gods trails in walking distance. Enjoy a day of hiking and biking and then take a dip in the indoor pool or relax in the jacuzzi or sauna. Spacious and family friendly with a game room, pool table, bar area, and darts. 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom. Newly renovated. Garage will NOT be accessible. You will have up to 9 car parking spaces between the driveways and parking area by the upper rocks in front of the home.

The property was awesome. House was beautiful, views breath taking, close to everything. The pictures don't do this home justice. Ots also well stocked, very clean and Tiffany and Chelsea were so nice to deal with. We would HIGHLY recommend this house. Only wish we had more time to hang out in it.

Best Vacation Rental Ever

What an incredible 4 nights, such an amazing house and so easy to WALK to Garden of the Gods. Pool and game areas are amazing (pool is even bigger than it looks in the pictures!) and Tiffany was an amazing host, very responsive. We didn't want to leave!

Amazing property! Best stay ever.

Highly recommend! The owner was amazing, as was the property. Our stay was perfect. The location is great with views of the mountains and so much to do in the area. The house was so nice, we didn’t want to leave.

We had a very fun week with 3 generations.

The house was awesome for 3 families spanning 3 generations! The views of Garden of the gods and Pikes Peak &the mountains were spectacular. The pool, hot tub & sauna were refreshing at the end of a busy day of sight-seeing. Kitchen was well equipped. The host was easy to communicate with. We had a memorable week in Colorado Springs!

Amazing place to stay!

If you're going to this area of Colorado, this house is lovely!! Garden of the Gods is practically in the backyard! All of us loved the pool, house is well stocked and comfortable. Plenty of board games and arcade games for rainy/ snowy days, and the VIEW is gorgeous.

Family Fun

Fantastic home! The location was perfectly sandwiched between Colorado Springs and Manitou. The views out the family room windows were amazing. The pool, hot tub, and games made for a full entertainment stay.

Look No Further!!

This place was an absolute perfect place for my family to stay for our vacation. The home is absolutely amazing! It has everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend staying here and if we ever return this is hands down the only place we’d love to stay again in Colorado! A must stay house with so much fun for the whole family! We loved our stay!

Great Property

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Hamilton House. From the breathtaking views to the pool, hot tub, and game room. The beds were very comfortable as well. Tiffany was easy to communicate with and very responsive the entire time. The Garden of the Gods right by us topped it all off. It is a property that has it all!

Wow!!!

Amazing house!!! The pool/hot tub area are amazing. Sauna, game room - can’t be beat. Would be fantastic for a family or two enjoying vacation in the area. We had a short 3 days stay, but were already wanting to plan to bring more of our family back to enjoy. Definitely recommend! Close to Old CO springs and GOTG and Manitou Springs. Enjoy!

Family Time

It was great to come home after hiking all day to a indoor pool and hot tub! The boys played pool basketball while my daughter and I enjoyed the hot tub! My husband and son competed for the high score on video games! The last morning we were there, we were greeted by a deer in the front yard.

Outstanding family vacation home

This place was as good as advertised and more! The location is absolutely perfect - view of mountains is breathtaking (Pikes Peak right out the dining room window) while distance to attraction sites is merely minutes away, and you can literally walk to Garden of the gods! The pool, gameroom and facilities are fantastic and well maintained. Tiffany (the host) is immediately responsive to every question you may have. But since we had no issues whatsoever with the house we never actually got to meet her in person (maybe next time!) This place is worth every penny and we would absolutely stay here again as i dont think anywhere else in this area could compete with what we had here!

Tiffany was great. Had a few questions and concerns and she took care of them in no time. It was a family trip and my granddaughters first time to colorado in the summer and they absolutely loved the indoor pool. We did all kinds of tours, zip lining and white water rafting. Everyone is already talking about when can we come back again and stay right here. I would highly recommend this home to everyone.

Excellent!

This house was wonderful and enjoyable to stay in. My teenage boys loved the pool, video games and playing pool. I also enjoyed the video games and playing pool. My husband enjoyed doing some reading in the bar. The layout and design of the house was perfect. Beds were comfortable and inviting. The cool temperature inside the house was great given the above normal temperature outside. The location was central to downtown, Old Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs and tourist attractions. The neighborhood was a safe one and it was located next to Garden of the Gods. The host was quick to respond to my one question. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this house that exceeded my expectations!

A beautiful property they have put a lot of work into it does have a few problems

The property was beautiful. It was well kept our family did have fun and our friends. It was perfect because we were there for a wedding.I’ve been with Vrbo for 8 to 10 years. I have never left a review like this, again, this property was beautiful. Great location when we booked this property, the host gave us our instructions and added that we might see a few mice because we were so close to the garden of God's. This is something I usually don’t have a problem with, but as we got there, the master bathroom and master bedroom smelled a lot like cat urine which I believe was mouse urine. Jacuzzi was extremely oily so my husband and I were only in the Jacuzzi once. Other than that, it was amazing. I just wish the master bedroom and bathroom didn’t smell so bad.

Enjoyable stay

Overall, we had a great time here, and it was conveniently located near all the activities we had planned. The views from the deck are wonderful. We had a comfortable stay and really enjoyed the dart board and video games. The pool table needs a little work, but we were able to play for fun. Prior to our arrival, the owner notified us that a light in the pool was damaged and needed to be fixed, so we didn't get to use the swimming pool much as it hadn't fully heated after repair. They completely drained and cleaned the hot tub, so that was really nice. The refrigerator had also quit working right before our arrival, but they brought a replacement and bags of ice for us, which worked fine for our needs. We understand that things can happen that are out of their control, and the owners definitely worked hard to make things right for us. I left an AC Adapter there, and the owner kindly mailed it back to me. The owners were very responsive and apologetic for the inconvenience and gave us a partial refund. We appreciated their communication and attention to the situation.

The views are amazing. The amenities are outstanding. The host is gracious, thoughtful, thorough, and incredibly quick to respond. The home itself and the neighborhood are so quiet and calming. The views from the property are stunning and we enjoyed them from the living room couch and kitchen table in the cold mornings and from the large balcony on the warmer days. The place has everything you need if you prefer to vacation at less people-y places. The indoor heated pool is lovely for a few laps before a dip in the hot tub or a stint in the sauna. And there's an entire room with a pool table, darts, and old school arcade games, if you're feeling nostalgic. The beds are comfy and the rooms are so quiet! I couldn't hear anything happening in the kitchen as burrowed deeper into bed while someone else bothered with making breakfast. The local eateries are outstanding and practically anything can be DoorDashed, if you're feeling super drained from hiking. We enjoyed amazing pizza from Slice 420 and outstanding burgers from the Skirted Heifer (which was twice featured in Diners, Drive Ins, & Dives). If you do want to cook up a storm, the kitchen has it all and then some. The entire experience was made even better by the host. Tiffany was kind, detailed, and quick to respond to my myriad of questions. Can't recommend it highly enough. Five out of five stars. Absolutely recommend. Will stay here again.
