Tiene una gran sala de estar, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, todos los electrodomésticos, TV de alta definición de 60 "en la sala de estar, TV de alta definición de 50" en el principal, DVD, conexión wi-fi gratuita en la unidad, aire / calefacción central, estacionamiento cubierto , lanai filtrada. Tiene una cama king size, 2 gemelos y un sofá cama. Nuevos pisos de madera tranquilos. Todos los muebles se actualizan continuamente con todos los nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable en 2018. La unidad está a pasos de las hermosas aguas del Golfo de México y la piscina de agua dulce. Este complejo bien cuidado tiene cabañas 2 de playa, sillas de playa, gran piscina climatizada, sala de juegos, shufflboard y un pintoresco patio frente a la playa, donde disfrutará de las puestas de sol más increíbles! Hay muchas tiendas, restaurantes, golf, pesca, canotaje, parapente, galer����as de la zona. Busch Gardens / Disney son una distancia corta. Ven a pasar sus vacaciones en la isla House y que sus vacaciones sean de lo más memorable !!

Perfect family vacation

Couldn't have had a more relaxing vacation with my family. Siesta key is beautiful and this was a great home seat from home. Will be going back!

Pool was delightfully heated and game nice for extra entertainment. I wish I was closer to beach it is a bit of a walk, but then we were close to road to catch trolley, Frog hop, etc. Property was clean, accurately described. I would recommend to anyone

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hii the villa was clean but needs some remodeling!! The guest bath had a roach problem they were coming from the drain and the master bath had to be fixed three times a lot of kitchen utensils missing not enough storage ware like Tupperware

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this property was very enjoyable. However, the administrative staff left a lot to be desired. Upon checking out We were unsuccessful in obtaining rental rate information for 2025 and thought we had been placed on a hold list for one of two specific properties for 2025 while we awaited the new rental information. After not receiving a call back after a reasonable period of time I contacted their office only to find out that 2 of the people I spoke with were no longer employed there and that no one knew anything about a hold list for the properties we were interested in. Additionally, we were told that because we were beyond the 10 day period from when we had checked out, the hold we thought we had on the property we had stayed in was also gone and as a result we had nothing reserved for 2025 and nothing we were interested in was available.The person that I was now talking with indicated she would review their reservation list and get back to me in a day or so with any other alternatives.Three months has now gone by without a replyVery disappointedWe certainly will be looking elsewhere

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5 plus inches of rain and our villa leaked in multiple spots, needed pots to collect water and move beds to prevent getting wet. Property mgt inferred some sort of compensation/discount when spoken to, then get email detailing agreement stating no refunds due to weather. Also pool out multiple days, pool table was in bad shape. Only plus was location.

Beautiful, Comfortable Villa on a Beautiful Beach

This villa was so beautiful and comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved that it was close to the pool and easy access to the laundry room. The beach, which is one of the prettiest I’ve seen, is a short walk away! All the comforts of home in a great area. We can’t wait for our next visit to Siesta Key Beach!!
