Our family-friendly home is located just a 2 min. walk to the beach!
Shopping, restaurants, and bars are conveniently located within .8 miles, making it easy to explore the local area.
We offer a fully equipped kitchen and our living room has ample seating. We have two decks that include outdoor seating and a grill. We provide Linens, bath & beach towels, beach chairs. We have an outdoor shower for sandy beach days!
We take pride in providing a clean and safe environment for our guests, and we're always available to answer any questions.
The space
Our home has two floors that you’ll have access to use. The house is on stilts so you will go up a flight of stairs to enter the home. The first floor has a suite with a private deck and full bath, two additional rooms, a shared full bath, and laundry. On the second floor you’ll find an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and another deck. The living room has plenty of seating and a breakfast nook with a booth. The master suite with ocean views is on the second floor, and includes a full bath with a jacuzzi tub. We do not have an elevator.

Entire home with the exception of the shed and owners closet.
Other things to note:
We have an outdoor security camera that monitors the front door.
House Rules:
We strictly enforce quite hours and do not allow parties, underage drinking, or illegal substances on our property.

My husband and I live in Wake Forest and have always dreamed of being able to have a second home to rent to others. We believe the best parts of life are the memories that are made and that people should enjoy the journey. We want to bring our guests a great experience and we are always happy to help with recommendations :)
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
The carolina coast offers beautiful beaches. For us, we wanted a spot that was super walkable. Having the beach, restaurants, bars, and shopping all with in walking distance was non-negotiable. We love being able to park the car and not needing it again until we go home. Surf City in particular has a lot of charm and offers an easy going lifestyle.

It was really important for us to create a comfortable space for our guests to enjoy. We offer everything you need for a solid beach vacation. All the linens, bath towels, beach towels, Beach Chairs, a Kitchen with everything you need to have a nice meal. My favorite part of the house is the kitchen nook that was designed by my Husband and intended to be a space for people to gather.
