You won’t forget your time in this romantic Siesta Tortuga. She is small but everything you need is here and the AC is cold! All the conveniences of camping without the roughing it part. We are 500 ft from the Magnolia fishing pier and steps from the beach. Historic Indianola Fishing Marina is just 1.5 miles down the road. The sun is bright and the fishing is right!

Perfect getaway!!

We loved this camper!! It was perfect for a quick weekend getaway for just the two of us. Super clean, comfy bed, and cold air conditioner. We will stay again!!

Ringing in the new year

Very nice and very quiet. Loved all the extra touches to make stay more comfortable and relaxed. Place was just like advertising. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again

Perfect Beach Getaway! I absolutely loved my stay at this beach/fishing/crabbing paradise! The location was unbeatable — just steps away from the sand and ocean and fishing pier. The trailer was clean, well-appointed and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Outdoor amenities included a table, chairs, a hammock, BBQ grill, firepit and sun shade. There was also a picnic table. Indoor amenities included a Ninja air fryer, an electric skillet, a coffee maker (pods), towels, sheets, blankets, a space heater and nice, cold AC. The host was friendly and responsive. The trailer is located on the main road through town, which has traffic of about 10 cars per hour, so basically none. Magnolia Beach is an amazing place. The wildlife is amazing, with tons of birds and butterflies. It is completely unspoiled by the worst of the modern world. It has a rich history and is like stepping back in time. Everyone waves. I visited with my large dog and every single beach is dog friendly, the walks are amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a relaxing coastal escape. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Comfortable stay

With a location a few feet from the beach, this furnished camper is a great getaway spot. It was clean and the area was quiet. There is an outside sitting area with a grill. Inside you will find a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, and an air fryer. Check in was very easy and the owners were kinda enough to turn on the ac before we got there. Price and local are ideal for fun. Will definitely rent again.

Host needs hospitality lessons. She was offensive, & rude because I was unable to open a broken lock

I was unable to unlock camper, as was my adult girlfriend. Host returned once to open it up, & quickly left. Her 20 something y/o daughter was nice, & returned 2x to open it up. Finally I decided to not try, & lock it, so it was left open the whole stay.

Disappointment

No internet; no TV antenna-there was a dvd player, but nothing was hooked up: tiny little cracker box. Sewer had no outlet-had to contact the host to get relief from the odor. No place to put our food items-all of the cabinets were packed full of blankets and sheets. Travelled 600 miles for a big disappointment-learned a whole lot from this trip! Left a day early.

Siesta tortuga

The place was nice, very convenient and closely located to the waterfront. Inside was decorated very cute. Cleanliness of the inside was not what I would call top notch. It smelled nice like air freshener but not like “clean” if that makes sense. The floor was not clean and the sheets didn’t seem very clean either. There was lots of dirt in the bed our first night. Lighting on the outside would have been nice. There was only one solar light outside that was very dim. For the nightly price I obviously wouldn’t ask for anything more. In my opinion I wouldn’t charge so much on the cleaning fee if it’s not going to be actually cleaned. Overall cute place, nice people, good location!
