Junto a la playa con un 100 km a pie de playa privada. Visión despejada de la bahía con espectaculares puestas de sol. Rediseñado para dar cabida a múltiples familias. Televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación. Master suite w / cama King size y 2 habitaciones con cama de matrimonio. Tercer piso con baño suite principal que tiene 2 literas w / trundles y zona de ocio w / gran televisor de pantalla plana w / sistema de entretenimiento DVD y un balcón que daba directamente a la bahía.

Nueva pintura y alfombra aunque fuera. Moderna cocina w / encimeras de granito. Gran sala de estar con piso de madera. Cubiertas delantera y trasera en cada nivel. Ducha cerrada al aire libre.

WOW! Beautiful place with stunning sunsets!

This place exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, very clean and it looks just like the pictures. It is a short walk to the beach with no roads to cross and then in the evening there was stunning sunsets off of all 6 decks of the house. We will definitely be renting here again.

Family vacation

We stayed with our adult children and 1 grandchild (10 total) and the house was perfect! The house layout, the parking, the proximity to the beach as well as to Bethany & Rehobeth’s boardwalks was so condusive for a laid back, relaxing week. Matt’s Fish camp across the street was great for happy hour frozen drinks and dinner. We would absolutely stay here again.

Best VRBO property so far

We’ve been using Vrbo for a few years now and by far the best place we’ve stayed. Well maintained, pictures were accurate and the sunsets were amazing. Walk to the beach was about 100 yards and a safe walk. Every room has a deck which was amazing for us. The host was very accessible and answered any questions we may have had. We will returning

The place was spacious and the kitchen well stocked. It is right next to the highway which can be a bit noisy during high traffic times. It has 4 levels so a lot of steps so if you have mobility issues it can be a challenge. The kitchen frig went up on 2nd day but owner replaced it within 2 days which is quite a feat in today’s no customer service environment. Overall we enjoyed it but just be aware that if you have special needs, it may not be the place for you.

We loved this vacation home! It’s a beautiful and beautifully arranged house, short walk to a gorgeous private beach. Wonderful set up for multi-generational families. Very clean and with thoughtful details (really appreciated having detergent and other supplies). Great kitchen for family meals plus an extra fridge in the basement was a plus for us! Extra umbrellas, chairs and sand toys on hand as well. There is some road noise, but we knew ahead of time and everyone brought white noise machines or used an app and we really were used to it in a day or so. Having the restaurant in front worked out fine for us - Matt’s is one of our favorites and we enjoyed the happy hour specials. Plenty of parking under the house for our multiple vehicles. We really enjoyed how clean and well kept the whole house is. Oyster Bay is a wonderful vacation home!

Family Beach Trip

Absolutely wonderful rental at an awesome location! The layout of the house was perfect for our two families. And large enough for dinner and evening games with other family members staying up the road! The house had everything we needed to cook dinners every evening. Matt’s Fish Camp across the street was perfect for Happy Hour and lunches. Loved having an area on the side of the house to set up a volleyball net. Host was extremely responsive. Would definitely stay again! An overall great beach vacation.

Beautiful sunsets and Convenience location

As expected from previous renters, the house wasn't clean but we managed to make it better. The owner/manager responds quickly and all issues were noted. Pros - The house is beautiful, very spacious, a short walk to the beach, and beautiful bay views. Convenience restaurant just in front of the house, beds/mattress were very comfortable, rooms are spacious and relative quiet inside, complete amenities in the kitchen, and plenty parking space. Cons - Loud highway, visible mold on vents and upstairs bathroom, slipcovers on the couch were filthy and required washing.

DISAPPOINTED

Because the proximity of the property was right next to a major 4 lane split major highway, the noise from tractor rigs, and people drag racing every night spoiled the entire week. What really makes me mad is that the photo's of this property from your firm, are all from angles that do not show any portion of the highway. That in my opinion is deceitful. If it had, we would not have rented that house. So Sad for Vrbo!!

Property description not accurate

I was very disappointed in the quality and cleanliness of this property. The refrigerator door was very loose. The kitchen faucet was loose. There was grease and dirty pans in the stove stains on the bedding and desperate need of an update. The pictures online looks fabulous. Whoever they got to take them did a great job of making it look a lot newer than it is. We left a day early because the noise from the highway, which is about 50 feet from was so loud. No one slept a minute the entire night. I called the property manager to let her know we'd be leaving a day early and have not heard from her after 30 hours.

Nice house. Very colorful!!

It was a nice house with many extras. Sorry that the highway is so close made it very noisy. Liked the more private type beach and closeness. The vacationers were very friendly at the beach with children, which made it more fun for grandchildren. Lovely area.

The property is lovely and as described. Location is great.

Noise from the highway is not bad and you get used to it right away. Private beach is great, clean and not very busy.

Great stay

We had a very beautiful and pleasant stay here, the location is absolutely beautiful and scenic. The only concern I had was they don’t provide Lenin , towels and soap we need to get our own. Owner have communicated that before but it would have been much nicer if they have mentioned in their posting.

Great Family Beach Vacation

The beach house was exactly as advertised. Although a little close to the highway - we understood that goin in and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Allot of space and with 4 floors we had room to spread out our big family. Loved the colors of the rooms and having two refrigerators was wonderful. We would stay her again in the future. We thank you for providing a wonderful experience for us.

Close to beach but unfortunately much closer to a very loud highway

This house is right next a very loud highway. It was extremely hard to sleep, especially the first few nights (then you get used to the noise). While the sunset from the deck is beautiful, it's hard to enjoy it and relax on the deck due to how loud it gets. The house wasn't very clean overall. We had to do our own dusting and wiping around the house before we could settle in. The oven looked like it has not been cleaned for a very long time. After contacting the owner, she sent the cleaners right away so we could use the oven. There was also many maintenance related issues around the house and a lot of wear and tear. There was a huge rust stain in the toilet on one of the bathrooms, the bathtub and some of the sinks drained extremely slowly, many of the blinds around the house were broken, the lock on the upstairs kids bedroom deck was not working, etc. On the positive side, the house is close to the beach and the beach is very nice. The owners were quick to respond when we reached out. If you travel with kids and they are old enough to be in a room by themselves, the upstairs bunk-bed room is a lot of fun for them. But please note, they will be 2 levels above the rest of the bedrooms in the house.

The house is beautiful. Location Pro: It’s 100 yards to the beach Location: Con: Extremely loud Highway next to the house. The house large plenty large enough for our family of 14. The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfectly allocated. Con: house this size needs more silverware, and cooking pots with lids.

Dirty and noisy. There are better properties within the same neighborhood

I like the area, but not the house. House was very dirty when we arrived. Blood stains on comforters, M&M's and wrappers in a kids bed in the loft, sand on the couch and rug. It seemed like the cleaning crew sprayed air freshener and then just walked out without actually cleaning. Manager sent the cleaning crew back, but we lost a couple of hours because we couldn't just unpack and relax waiting for them to clean everything. Although they cleaned a 2nd time, our feet and socks would get black because they didn't mop the floors and probably had not in awhile. The BBQ was also very dirty; it had chunks of cheese on it. There was mold visible in some of the air vents. We also found a large group of small bugs crawling on the wall in one of the bedrooms. The loft on the top floor had a few bugs crawling around. A lot of the guardrail slats on the main kitchen balcony were rotted and could be moved. My 2-yr old was able to easily stick her head through, so after that we had to keep a close eye on her when sitting on the deck. The house is right on the highway and the noise from traffic don't allow for peace and quiet when sitting outside. The cars pass all day and night. The floor inside the King bedroom closet became very wet the first night and got some luggage and clothing wet. Not sure if there was a leak of it was just condensation from the floor vent. There were a bunch of other little things broken that are not worth going into detail (e.g. broken sliding doors, handles, etc.). Bring your own pillows if you stay here. The pillows were flat and extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was also very worn and uncomfortable. I notified the owner of all these issues during our stay and upon departure, but never got a reply, except the first night to resend the cleaning crew. So I don't expect that she really cares and intends to remedy them. I don't think the owner lives nearby and must not have a property manager to check in between stays. It seems like she relies on each new visitor to report problems to her instead. Talking to some of the neighbors there are other homes within the same development that are nicer and managed better. The next time we stay we'll likely rent from one of the local real estate companies who have a local presence and managers.

Awesome Stay

We had an awesome week with kids and grandkids! Place was perfect for 6 adults and 6 kids. Close to beach and could come and go to beach whenever we wanted to. Fantastic way to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary!

Perfect place for family beach trip

Love the well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable place. Beds are great, rooms are good size, kitchen fully stocked. Beach is beautiful, not too crowded, and private. Owner was super responsive and helpful. Checkin/out super clear and easy. Thanks for a great time!!

Great family property close to the beach

We had a multi generational family vacation and enjoyed staying at this property. There are a lot of upsides; lots of open space for everyone to hang out together, beautiful views of the bay, decent sized rooms and decks from every room. By the end of the week we hated to leave. The downside is the proximity to the highway, if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. After a couple of nights none of us noticed it anymore. Being right across the street from Matt's Fish Camp can be a plus as you can easily get take out which we did multiple times. The beach wasn't crowded even in mid July, lots of room to spread out and even enjoy beach games right by the water. One other caveat... if you have an elderly person who struggles with steps this might not be the property for you.

Amy and I and our two girls have been traveling to the Outerbanks for years because we love the open beaches and non crowded atmosphere. We also enjoyed going down with multiple families and having fun sharing good times with our friends and their children. So when we looked to acquire a rental property a little closer to home(Northern Va), we looked to find something that had those same quite beaches and a place where family and friends could have memorable vacations. As a bonus we hoped to find a place that was close to nature activities, nice restaurants and social events. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that this location in North Bethany has it all. Close to the Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalks/restaurants/shops and overlooking the bay, 100 yards to a non-crowded private beach and right next the Delaware State Seashore Park. We could not be happier and we hope that you enjoy your stay as well!
