Thank you for your feed back. We usually paint our units every two or three years so we will definitely look at the needs this year. We do have the carpets professionally cleaned every year but we do gets stains occasionally during the season. We will get our cleaning crew to work on those spots. Thanks again for the feed back. We work hard to keep our place clean and if we don't get feedback we don't always know where there are issues.

Teresa, I am glad that we were able to address your issues. We can't always foresee what is going to happen during a busy rental season but we will always be there to fix any issues that you might have. We are very glad you had a nice vacation!

Lou, I am glad that overall you were pleased with the stay but we like to out do our guests expectations so we are glad to get your feedback. I am sorry you thought that there was a 100 yard sandy path to the beach but we certainly we not trying to give that impression. We were just trying to show people a snap shot of the beach at our private beach community. and that the property was about a 100 yards from the beach. As to the linens, we try to be very clear on the website and the welcome letter that I sent to you gave you a reminder that there were not linens provided. This is the common practice in this beach community as there isn't enough labor in the local labor pool to get houses cleaned and turned with linens provided. Thanks for letting us know about the umbrellas and beach cart. We can't replace them until someone tells us they are broken. And that sometime does happen by the end of beach season. Also, thanks for letting us know about the deck chairs as we were able to get the maids to make sure they cleaned them.

We are certainly saddened to hear that your stay was not what you had hoped for. We certainly would have had someone out to fix the A/C if we had heard from you about the problem. I was probably the first time it was used since last fall so would not have known about any problems. We also would have sent out the cleaners to correct any problems that you have had. The walls actually got painted right after your stay. As to the TVs I am not sure what the issue was as we just installed 5 new TVs and upgraded our internet connection. We do appreciate the feed back which allows us to be more proactive in fixing any outstanding issues.
