Welcome to our beautiful, dog-friendly vacation rental property! Our 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home is the perfect place for your next getaway. Located in the Middlesex Beach Community on the bayside, this home is a 3-minute walk to the beach. This private, uncrowded beach is a hidden gem with beautiful sand, lifeguards, and no crowds. This unique community within Bethany Beach is truly one of a kind! You are also a short drive away from award-winning restaurants, mini golf, shopping and the Bethany Beach Boardwalk.
This home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a meal at home, Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, and more. Additional space in the back allows for your dog to enjoy. Each of the 3 bedrooms is tastefully decorated and features a queen bed in the first bedroom, another queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. An additional trundle bed is under one of the twin beds. There is a shared hallway bathroom with a shower/tub and a powder room in the home.
Outside, you'll find 2 showers after a day at the beach, and space to relax. We look forward to hosting you at our beautiful vacation property in Middlesex Beach!
A non-refundable pet fee of $250 will be applied to any renter that brings a dog to the property. This fee is per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed at the property.
Linens will be included for reservations to this property. Please let us know how many guests will be coming.
No Smoking allowed at or around the property.
**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**
