Welcome to The Sandlot, a beautifully remodeled getaway on Lake Eufaula. Perfect for fishermen, it's just 3 minutes from Nichols Point and close to town. This retreat features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Enjoy the spacious living room, great kitchen, and modern comforts after a day on the lake. There's convenient boat parking complete with an assigned spot for the "Best Fisher of the Day." Whether casting a line or exploring the local lake scene, The Sandlot is the perfect lakeside escape!

The Sandlot has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and would use the bathroom just off the living room. One of the bedrooms is the bunk room, offering a large TV and ample space for watching a movie after a day on the lake. It has 2 full-size beds (bottom) and 2 twin-size beds (top) as well as a futon that makes into a full-size bed. The third full bathroom is accessible from the bunk room. This bathroom is also the location of the washer and dryer, which can be accessed through the kitchen as well; perfect for not disturbing the kids in the bunk room! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided in each bathroom, along with soft fluffy towels. Our kitchen has all of the essentials you would need to cook all of your meals and utensils to enjoy them. We have a large refrigerator and freezer, complete with water and ice, so you can plan your grocery shopping accordingly. The living room has a very large reclining sectional, great for relaxing while streaming your favorite show using our free WIFI. The house sits on a very large lot giving plenty of room for kiddos to run and play or your furry friends to play some fetch. Being so close to Nichols Point we think our place would be great for those visiting for a fishing tournament. We have plenty of parking and outdoor outlets to charge your boats overnight.
