We had a very positive experience during our stay. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the entire resort was exceptionally well maintained. The staff was courteous, professional, and attentive. Security personnel were highly visible throughout the property, and armband checks were consistently enforced, which helped prevent unauthorized access and contributed to a strong sense of safety.We regularly observed staff actively cleaning and maintaining the grounds and facilities. Our condominium included beach chairs, which was a welcome amenity. One important consideration is that the beach regulations are strictly enforced. Tents and elevated chairs may not be placed around the provided beach chairs and must instead be positioned either behind them or closer to the shoreline.Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would confidently recommend this resort to others.

Condo had everything we needed. We had 2 couples in our group, we all agreed that the beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the view was amazing. The only, MINOR, complaint we had was that both pools were freezing. However it is early in the season and if we were visiting later Im sure we would probably think they weren't cool enough. The elevator speed was not an issue for us. We were impressed with the properties security, they did frequent rounding and made sure all the guests were following the rules.

Unit needs a refresh…..bad. Everything looked dirty from wear. Furniture is cloth upholstery and reeked of sweat and saltwater. Suggest upgrading to an easier to clean material. Pantry door was broken. No water pressure in one bathroom (was fixed promptly) but makes me wonder how long it had been bad. Beds not made when we arrived. Laundry needs a cleaning cycle or 10. Can tell there is mildew growing in there.Pool area is nice. Beach chairs was a process. Said they opened at 730, really 830. Not a resort issue, but listed as a perk so it gets criticized. Elevator situation was a frigging disaster. I understand it’s a high rise, but chaos is an understatement. It could be managed better for sure. Running one express elevator….should have been 3-4. Let normal traffic deal with limited elevators instead of everyone checking in.Talked to a lot of people and several swear by the place and have nothing but good things to say so we took note of those unit numbers for future reference.Overall we enjoyed our stay. Would come again, but armed with more knowledge for sure.

Family vacation

Excellent complex to stay in. Everyone very polite. Great amenities at complex! Our grandkids thoroughly enjoyed it all. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

We had a wonderful visit to PCB. It was off season and absolutely fantastic. Our room was everything we needed for our stay and we would definitely stay here again in the off season.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location! The beach was not overly crowded like other beaches we have been to. Nice condo and wonderful they include the beach chairs and umbrella. Beds were comfortable.

Great stay and location!

This was a wonderful resort in a great location. Very family friendly and as a first timer to PCB, I’d come back to stay here again. What a beautiful view to wake up to every morning and end the day with. There was plenty of room for our party of 8 and the amenities were nice. The staff was friendly and helpful every step of the way.

Great location

Location was our favorite part next to the condo amenities. Plenty of room and we feel we got what we paid for. The views are amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Spring break at the Tidewater!

The Tidewater is a great place for families. Our condo was clean and cozy. Reserving your beach chairs each day was quick and easy. Plenty for kids to do! Us adults enjoyed the bar and restaurant!
