I appreciate the positives you noted — great location, beach, parking, fast elevators, clean lobby, plenty of carts, the kitchen, wood furniture, balcony chairs, TV selection, ceiling fans, and wall decor. I’ve flagged this reservation with our operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to investigate and address your concerns: the master bath accessibility (toilet height and counters), the loose/shaky shower door and any leaks, black mold in the shower and on exterior wood, the master bed topper/mattress hump, the worn couch, moldy/tied-together shower curtains, and the sand left on the floor at arrival. We’ll also share feedback with the beach service about umbrella placement.
