A modern 3 bedroom / 4 full bathroom single family house with a pool and dock and spectacular water views!

First level of the property will contain the living room, dining and kitchen. Plus you will find a full bath plus a bonus room with additional seating.

Second level of the property will contain two more bedrooms, one with en suite bath and then full bath in the hall. One bedroom will have a king bed and the other will have a queen.

The master suite is located on the third level and has an en suite bath. The views from the private balcony cannot be beat! There is a full seating area in the bedroom as well as out on the balcony.

This home boasts numerous at-home dining options, with a large indoor dining table for 8, cozy balcony seating; perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails, and a Cabana for casual poolside dining.

Guests will be excited by the large pool and grounds of this updated home with generous poolside decking and Cabana.

Great location with bait, ice, fuel and boat ramp 200 yards away at Key Colony Beach Marina. Also great food at Sparkys restaurant just a little futher down the channel. The house was stocked really well with kitchen appliances, dishes and cooking utensils. Washer and Dryer upstairs and downstairs was perfect. Master bedroom was huge with great view! I was able to park my 24' boat trailer in front and get 3 mores vehicles in front.

Great location and very comfortable home. Very clean and the home has pretty much everything you need other than stocking the refrigerator when you get there. No issues at all. I highly recommend this rental. Thanks Jerry.

House is amazing. Less than 5 minute to the Atlantic side and excellent dock. City ramp basically across US 1 from the area the house is located. Plenty of cabinet space and counter in the kitchen along with an ice machine that makes about 30 pounds of ice in a day. Views from the master balcony are wonderful. Having the pavilion near the pool with a bathroom and a storage closet for fishing gear ( we also used some of the bathroom to store poles). Plenty of room in the house for 8 people without hating each other after a week . Refrigerator is smaller than I am use to but I always over pack so if you pack normal it will work great. Pool was excellent and big enough to get in after a day in the boat to cool off. Plenty of outside areas to enjoy the views. Parking for a boat (26 foot) trailer and 3 cars is possible. The room with the bunk beds and single bed is almost like its own place to seclude yourself from the rest of the group. The master up stairs has its own bathroom and one of the bedrooms on the second level has its own bathroom. A hall bathroom for the other bedroom on the second level and a bathroom near the room with the bunk beds and living area. We have been coming to the keys for over 30 years and this was the first time at this house and by far the best place we stayed for the money. And if any issues or concerns arise Jerry (property manager) is “Johnny on the spot” with solutions.

Perfect Place to Stay

My husband and I spent a week here with 2 other adult couples. Plenty of space for all of us. The house is beautiful and has lots and lots of amenities. The location is just a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the heated pool daily and the guys loved fishing off the dock. We were able to see Dolphins in the channel and even had some Manatees come up to the dock several times. My favorite thing to do was to have coffee each morning and a glass of wine at night out on the multiple decks/balconies and just enjoy the view. I would definitely stay here again.

Kind and Midwest Snowbird Getaway

We stayed in this home for the entire month of February and absolutely loved the amenities and location. Our 3 year old grandson came to visit us while we were here and he loved the pool and he had plenty of room to play. There was also a really nice playground nearby that we went to as well. This is a spacious home that is well furnished and comfortable. Jerry George was also very kind and was quick to respond to any questions along the way. We would love to stay here again and hopefully longer next time! We highly recommend this home for a family vacation!

KEYS RETREAT

I have stayed at lots of places..this one is by far my best one....great access to the ocean ...great home with all the amenities an short jaunt to vaca cut....I will be making this my go to place from now on

Beautiful Home

The house exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival the house was very clean and well kept. It was also much bigger than the listing pictures show. There are more than enough kitchen utensils, pots and pans and space for any home cook. The grill worked great and even had a spare propane bottle. The ice maker saved us trips to the store every morning for boat trips. The rooms and bathrooms were huge. The mattresses are memory foam and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The swimming pool was a joy in the evenings and stayed nice and cool on hot summer days. The dock is great. Easy access to the Atlantic and no long trips through no wake zones. Kids enjoyed fishing off of the dock and has fresh water for cleaning your gear, fish and boat. The only thing I would suggest to add is maybe rod holders on the deck and a deep freeze for bait and fish. This house is highly recommended, will stay again when down in the Keys.

Annual Keys Vacation Home

We always love staying here with our family every year. We bring our boat and come for the offshore fishing. We were sad to see the bait freezer that was always there not there anymore so we lost quite a bit of bait which posed as a challenge but we love the home and sad to leave every year.

Top-Notch Rental

Our family has rented vacation homes for many years and all agree this is our favorite rental. Loved the open canal view, we rented a boat for the week and getting to the ocean/bay and parking was incredibly easy. We only cooked once, but the kitchen was well stocked as was the house, plenty of towels, paper products, soaps, there was even a nice selection of spice so we didn't have to spend a lot of money on the little things that add up. I'm very picky about cleanliness and the house was spotless, beds and furniture very comfortable, saltwater pool was so much better than a chlorinated one. Jerry was very nice, and easy to communicate with. We splurged a little on this house and it was worth every penny, in fact it spoiled us for anything less.

Amazing!!

We had an amazing time. I have been renting vacation homes for 30 years and this home is one of our favorites. Jerry does a great job communicating with you from the very first message and throughout your stay. He handles any issues immediately. The layout of the home gives everyone privacy and space. The view is fabulous. The pool is incredible. The pool house is fun to hang out in and has a beauful view. The kitchen is well stocked and the ice maker was a fabulous bonus! Fishing poles were fun to use. We enjoyed our stay immensely and plan on returning as soon as we can! We highly recommend this home! JoAnn R. Evergreen Park, IL
