Welcome to Ananda Nivas- "Blissful Dwelling"- is a 3 Bedroom 2-bathroom south facing Condominium located in a small quite complex. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views to the south and west from property as well as the main patio which overlooks the sparkling pool and spa. A cozy evening can be had curled up by the fireplace or out on the main patio with the fire table. Relax on the second patio which Located off the third bedroom. There is also a very private atrium accessible from the primary bedroom and the fully equipped Kitchen. The atrium is also equipped with a gas Bar-b-que for your grilling pleasure. The attached two car Garage with laundry is also accessed from the Atrium for your convenience. There is an additional area that is set up as an office and can also be used for Yoga etc. Yoga mats and light weights can be found in that location. There are two Tennis courts/Pickleball courts for your use in the complex. Racquets/paddles and some pool equipment can be found in the Garage. Restaurants and shopping are a short walk from the complex. This is a Dog friendly property for up two dogs. This is a nonsmoking property including the patios and Atrium and common areas of the complex. This is a 30-night minimum rental. We offer a 10% discount on stays 60 days or more. Pet fee and administration Fee (key and door opener deposit) are refundable at checkout if all items returned and no pet damage is observed.

My husband and I bought this as our first home in Palm Springs. We eventually bought another property and moved Palms springs fulltime. We are just a short drive away should something be need at this home. We will meet you at the property when you check in to acquaint you with all the special amenities. We will also be there at your check out to go over the property and be able to immediately return any deposits due.

This complex has a beautiful and very large pool and spa area. that is never crowded. There are only 40 units in the complex.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
We love the location of this property because of the south facing exposure which allows for an abundance of daylight into the home. The views of the mountains form both inside and on the patio are breathtaking. We love sitting out at night with the fire table going and watching the lights of the Palm Springs tramway on mount San Jacinto.
We really enjoy the attached two car garage. which open to a vey quite street with plenty of on street parking for visiting guests.
We have provide a shopping cart in case you want to walk over to pick up a few things at the stores.
