☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ All bedrooms are situated on the main floor. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom. Enjoy your favorite shows on the high-definition TV with DirecTV. Each bedroom is equipped with either a dresser or closet for clothing storage.
The second bedroom also features a queen-sized bed and DirecTV, along with ample storage space.
In the third bedroom, you'll find TWO sets of twin over full bunk beds, perfect for accommodating larger groups. Experience the timeless joy of 14 classic arcade games, watch your favorite streaming content on the HDTV with Roku, and take advantage of the dedicated workspace.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ You have access to two full bathrooms during your stay: The first one, located on the main floor, is ensuite with the master bedroom and features a standing shower.
The second bathroom offers a convenient shower/tub combo, perfect for both adults and little ones who enjoy baths. Both bathrooms come stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

The wrap around deck is super spacious, complete with a dining table and plenty of chairs for your morning coffee, outdoor dinners, or just hanging out with friends. It's the perfect spot to catch the sunrise and sunset every day during your stay.

Our simple and convenient check in process will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. A 4 digit code will be provided to you ahead of your stay. On the day of check-in, anytime after 4pm, the code will unlock the front door and you are officially ‘checked-in’. The simplicity means your check in window is as flexible as you need it to be. Arriving right at 4pm? No problem! Arriving at 10pm? No problem! Anytime after 4pm the code will work and you can access the house. You will not need to greet anyone or stop at a location to pick up a key.
I will correspond with you before your stay and will give you space throughout your stay unless you have questions/concerns. I will always answer immediately.

House Rules:
- While we approve guests of all ages, an adult 25+ must make the reservation and be staying in the house;
- Maximum permitted occupancy is 10 guests;
- Pets (one time $100 fee): up to 2 dogs (MAX) will be permitted. Owners of pets will be required to be responsible for the pet at all the times. The pet should not be left in the house unsupervised (unless he/she is in a kennel);
- This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the house, you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee as well, and will also be charged for any damages;
- No parties.
- Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine. Exemption: grill downstairs;
- No refunds for weather/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
