Treasure Island has a new gem! Brand new large 2-bedroom Gulf Front Condo (992 sq ft) directly on the beach with resort amenities and 24-hour guest services.
These 2 corner units offer the best ocean views on the second and third floors, a view of the pool and jacuzzi, as well as windows in every room. You will enter the unit and follow the marble-floored hallway to your Master bedroom featuring a huge walk-in closet, King bed, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a glass-enclosed shower. Continuing towards the beach view, you'll pass the second full bathroom with a soaker tub and make your way past your second bedroom with a Queen bed and large closet. At the end of the hallway, you will see the reason that we consider these units to be the best on our lower floors. Your open-concept kitchen with kitchen island and living room with pull-out couch face your spacious balcony. Fully open your retractable sliding doors to take in the amazing view of the ocean and the gentle ocean breezes. Whether you choose to enjoy a quick meal at your kitchen island or a 7-course feast with your family at the dining table on your private balcony, you cannot help but be impressed with the view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
Each bedroom has a 50" TV, while the living room has a 65" TV. Every unit includes all the amenities found in traditional hotels including all linens, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Whether you choose to eat in or dine out at one of the many restaurants, your unit is equipped with dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and even baking items. Also included in each unit are a blow dryer, stackable washer and dryer, full-size appliances, iron, and ironing board. Each unit will have a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and microwave to make your mornings easy and hassle-free. As our guest, you will have 24-hour concierge service and access to the pool, a jacuzzi, a gym, and a full bar overlooking the pool. There are umbrellas, chairs and a sports area set up on our private beach area with volleyball, cornhole and horseshoes available. Should you prefer to bask in the sun closer to the water, there is a company that sets up and rents cabanas with 2 chairs.
While you will have a private condo, you will have access to all other areas of the hotel as well as unrestricted beach access.
Included in the cost of the condo is the resort fee of $45/night+tax, which covers amenities such as access to the pool, jacuzzi, pool/beach towels, fully licensed bar and food, gym, 24-hour concierge service, all in-suite amenities from paper towels to tide pods and refills on k-cups. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) at no charge. Please note that parking is extremely limited, and we can only offer space for one vehicle per unit, so we ask that you plan accordingly. Parking for overnight and day-visitors can be found in the city lots 2-3 blocks from the hotel at a cost of approximately $3.25/hour.
We will place a $200 hold on your credit or debit card when you arrive to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay. This hold will be released when you check out.
If you are planning to bring your furry friend, a Pet fee of $85/night plus tax will apply. Limit of 2 pets per suite with a combined weight of 30 lbs or less. Please contact the property with questions. ADA-recognized service pets are exempt from pet fees and weight limitations, but be aware that ESA pets are not covered under the ADA guidelines and will be subject to the $85+tax/night pet fee .
We hope that you will make our concierge staff aware of any questions or concerns during your stay with us. We will be available on-site 24/7 for your convenience.
If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund.
