¡Tenemos una nueva playa el año pasado y está justo en nuestra avenida! Disponibilidad de último minuto! Pasos a la playa! :) El lugar perfecto para los amantes de la playa. Un bonito de dos dormitorios con camas queen. Salón abierto y cocina. Lindo baño. Todo lo que necesitas para un gran lugar de vacaciones. Patio trasero con mesa de picnic y parrilla de gas. Justo entre el océano Atlántico y el río Saco. Tan cerca que no necesitas chanclas. Solo tíralos ahora mismo.

Las puertas francesas en el dormitorio principal y la sala de estar se abren a la cubierta frontal, con vistas al río Saco. Esta unidad del primer piso. TV, DVD, wi-fi. Un elegante amueblado de dos dormitorios; cada uno con una cama queen size. Estarás a unos pasos de las 7 millas de playa de arena de Saco Bay, o puedes caminar hasta el muelle para comprar langosta fresca o ir a pescar. Hay un alquiler de kayak cerca, chárter de pesca / vela y una pintoresca tienda general. Puedes disfrutar de la tranquila vida oceánica de Camp Ellis o dar un corto paseo por la carretera a Old Orchard Beach y todo lo que tiene para ofrecer. Ropa de cama están incluidos. Este es un gran lugar para relajarse durante la semana.

Thank you so much for a great stay. It was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that was a little challenging was temperature regulation on a couple of the warmer nights and during the day when there's full sun in the afternoon. Perhaps a fan for the living area in addition to the ones in the bedrooms? We left hand soap and tissues for the restroom. We would be glad to book this property again.

Property was small but efficient. We spent most of our time at our friend’s home during our week there so the size of the rental wasn’t all that important. Beds were comfortable and Patrick put an AC unit in for us without issue. There was very little counter space but we made do and the shower was a bit snug. My only suggestion would be, if you could add a window in the second room that would be perfect! You can’t really sleep w the French doors open throughout the night. If your looking for a rental that will keep you at the beach during the day and comfy at night this is your choice!

Very nice apartment! Comfy beds and kitchen was sufficiently equipped. We enjoyed our stay!Also, Patrick was quick to respond to my questions before and during our stay which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect Peaceful Retreat

Great spot for a getaway. Property was exactly as advertised! Great, quiet location filled with families and great neighbors. Restaurant next store is delicious! Two beaches 1 block away and close to several additional beaches and hikes. Home was clean and well stocked and the bed was comfortable. Definitely a place we would return to.

We had a great stay! The only thing I would improve is the kitchen supplies. Need serving/mixing bowls, more cereal bowls and a few more forks and spoons.

Just right!

Looking for a great stay near the Saco Bay pier and mouth-watering seafood at a great nearby restaurant? Look no further than this 2-bedroom unit on Eastern Avenue. Your host is personable and responsive. Beds are comfy and galley kitchen functional. Highly recommend.

Camp Ellis Family

We rented this cottage to spend a week in Camp Ellis! We Loved our Stay, made Friends along the way, and truely enjoyed ourselves! Everything was as described! A Two bedroom cottage.Patrick our Host was warm and very helpful! The Cottage was Clean, comfortable, and right next door to Huots!!! Our Family has been coming to Camp Ellis for years! This time was a girls trip. Fun was had by all! We cannot wait to book and visit again!

Cute little place

Great little place,, could use more cooking utensils and mixing bowls for salad or whatever . I wanted to whip up quick batch brownies but no pans or mix bowl maybe add a 8x8’or 9x13 baking pan ? Looks different than picture as far as the chair and couch from when I first started staying here. It has become too worn and it’s not comfortable at all anymore. Maybe little freshening up with fresh paint and couple pictures would be nice. Petty stuff but just something to keep in mind . Otherwise I love the place and love sitting on the front porch. .

Seconds from the beach but property needs attention

Only a few 100 ft from the beach! Surprisingly we could not hear much of the hustle and bustle being right next door to a busy restaurant. But the restaurtant dumpsters are right outside the property and very smelly. The property could use some updates and improvements, very worn inside appearance and the bare minimum is provided. No handsoap and very minimal kitchen essentials. Our biggest turn off was the inability to leave the front door open to allow for fresh air to circulate the unairconditoned apartment. The deck is shared and the neighbors were constantly smoking cigarettes, and the smoke would come right in through the front door screen. Back lawn area almost unusable with cars parked so closed to the picnic table. Great location but very little privacy.

Camp ellis beach stay away

When we arrived, the small space was not what we expected. It was difficult to sit 4 adults and a young child indoors and we wondered how you could possibly fit 5 adults… there are 2 queen beds, but the common area is too small to fit another adult. Also, the view of the Saco river from the front porch was replaced by a large parking lot and smelly garbages. The bungalo was very clean when we arrived, except for the very bad smell of the curtains in the front room and living room. The distance from the beach (1-2 minutes away) was good and we had lots of fun playing there. I think it’s a cute get away for 2 people ( although the area is not the most queerfriendly area), but it was not very confortable for 4 adults. We were able to use the backyard, but it was filled by the five cars parked in the yard and therefor, not very intimate or appropriate for a kid playing. Finally, there was no handsoap and not enough toilet paper as advertised.

Dipping our toes at Camp Ellis

I thought the location was perfect. In the reviews some people menitoned having issue with the restaurant next door, Huots. Neither myself or my 81 year old Mother had an issue. They also serve excellent ice cream. The discrencies on the amenities are as such. Therre was no DVD player or DVD library and I brought DVD's with us to watch. Also there was no coin operated laundry. Maybe that could be updated. Also, there was a mattress cover on one bed but not the other. Neither here or there but wanted to mention that. Everyone in the building was awesome. Kevin is the resident who lives there year around and was a font of information for us. He was very nice as were the others visiting last week. We had an awesome time and really appreciated staying here

Very uncomfortable

First ,very hot inside, one bed was an old mattress very uncomfortable ,bed pillows were flat and old loveseat and chair were like sitting on wood. Lots of spiders, was nothing like the pic I would never go back

Camp ellis beah

Nice location.close to the beach.stayed next to huots seafood.could get loud with all the people and traffic but got pretty quiet after 8pm.unit was clean and had all the basics.good for 2-4 people.had a good time and i would go back.

A perfect little private spot in Camp Ellis

We absolutely loved our stay here! The beach was less than a five min walk away and my boys and I loved it! We even saw a baby dolphin while we were swimming!! I would love to come back again and stay here! We just got home 2hrs ago and miss it already. What a perfect little spot!! Totally worth it! My dog even loved it and he usually hates being away from our house.

Perfect Getaway!

We stayed in the 1st floor, one-bedroom unit and it was perfect for myself and my husband. The unit is very clean and tidy, beautifully decorated with ocean colors of teals, blues, and whites. Patrick (the owner) permitted us bringing our two adult cats who loved the ocean breeze as much as we did. We met Patrick the day we left and he is a terrific guy! We had no issues at all during our stay, and all of the communications we had prior to the trip were very helpful. Patrick was usually quicker to respond to our messages than I was. It was very humid the week we were there, but opening the windows and sliding door in the kitchen/living room area sufficiently cooled things down. The ocean is at the end of the street and the beach is a short 5-minute walk away, so walking the beach every day became part of our routine right away. Huot's Seafood Restaurant is a must! The seafood is excellent and the drinks are worth every penny. The Rum Runner packs a serious punch! :) The Sea Hawk Gift Shop wasn't open yet, but that is because COVID still has things opening a little later than usual. Midge Sunburn, the owner, is working to get the shop open for July, so we'll be back for a day trip in July or August. The people in the area are unbelievably friendly. Stop and chat with anyone! We will be back for a vacation again and will rent from Patrick if the dates work out. This is our new go-to vacation spot!

Nice place, few issues

Second time staying at this property (different apt last year). In general, it's a great place and very central in Camp Ellis. Awesome of them to allow dogs. The owner (Patrick) is cool, though we had a few communication issues. Ran out of grill propane mid-week, shot him and text but no response. We couldn't grill the rest of the week. He offers to reimburse if visitors get the tank refilled, but we didn't want to bother with that. Left him a VM the day we departed to share a few cleaning concerns, but no response past 5 days. I ordinarily share any concerns directly with the owner (to avoid leaving a bad review). Just wanted to let him know we discovered a bowl with 3 deteriorating floating hot dogs in the microwave. Few days later was sprucing up for a visitor, and discovered that the coffee table beaded mat was stuck on with what appeared to be soda spill. Normally wouldn't irk me too much, but between COVID and the cleaning fee I thought he should know. Probably just a lax housekeeping service, needs to be spot-checked. We brought disinfectant (I manage custodial services professionally), so we took care of it. Still a great place to stay, but cleaning and communication were hiccups this year. No issues at all last year

It’s funny really, these guests left a filthy apartment last year and and unflattering review that could deter future guests, so I was hesitant to rent to them again. This year was only marginally different in that all the bath towels had to be thrown away because they were soiled, there were food wrappers on the floor of the bedrooms and remnants of a broken marijuana pipe under the couch. We pride ourself on our cleanliness and have 3 backup propane tanks on the property this year. I received a total of ZERO messages about any issues that needed resolving and resent the lie that any effort was made to contact me. These are some imaginative characters with memory issues and the munchies. Even after last year, even after this year, I’d have let them back to ruin my space and happily clean up after them, even for a mildly negative review. Not this. By far the grossest renters two years running. Never do the same thing and expect a different result. This is a hard lesson for me, but some people just can’t be welcomed back.

Fantastic place to stay

The owner is very easy to reach. The people in the area are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door is extremely good. Had a lot of fun here. Will come back again.
