This spectacularly beautiful beachfront condo enjoys a prime location directly on the water and boasts one of the few extra-wide balconies along this stretch of the gulf! This unit not only provides a panoramic 180-plus degree view of the gulf and beachfront. It also is one of the few units in which both the primary and spacious secondary guest room have direct access to the private, double-sized balcony in addition to the access from the living room. Truly a rare find!

This spacious condo provides plenty of room to relax or entertain. The living room has a flat-panel smart TV with DVD. The dining room table seats 6 with additional seating for 3 at the island. The fully-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, with granite countertops.

The cabinets brim with pots, pans, cooking utensils, glassware and tableware for both kids and adults. The unit has 2 spacious bedrooms overlooking the beach and a bunk room. The primary bedroom has a king bed, adjoining private spacious bathroom, direct access to the balcony, and flat panel TV. The secondary bedroom also has a king bed, direct access to the balcony, and flat panel TV. Both king mattresses were replaced in August, 2023. The bunk room has two twin bunks and a travel crib as well as its own wall-mounted TV and DVD player. There is a second full bath in the unit. The condo has a large laundry room equipped with full-sized washer and dryer with an assortment of beach toys to borrow during your stay. There is a Coddle convertible couch in the living room that provides an additional full-size sleeping area. The Coddle couch has integrated power and USB outlets on both sides of the sofa with functional arms for adjustable lounging. The condo provides free WIFI and cable. The balcony is furnished with a dining table and chairs for sitting and a recliner for lounging.

Additional features of the property include an indoor-outdoor swim-through pool, hot tub, and zero-entry kiddie pool with whimsical sprinklers and splash pad, fitness area, sauna, boardwalk, and barbecue grilling area. The condo is located in the heart of the Gulf Shores entertainment area within easy walking distance of food and fun. The iconic Sea-n-Suds Seafood Restaurant (“the only beachfront restaurant on the Alabama Gulf Coast”) is literally steps away and entertainment such as The Gulf Shores Hangout is a ten-minute walk. Gulf Shores attractions include a zoo, water park, shopping, state park and more. Guests have access to concessions for parasailing, jet ski, and boating a few sandy steps from the condo’s lobby.
Covered and open-air parking is available adjacent to the building.

THINGS TO KNOW
1. First of all, welcome to one of the prettiest and most spacious condominium units on the beach at Gulf Shores. Our family loves staying here and we do everything possible to make your stay equally as memorable.
2. This condo allows monthly reservations. If interested, please request a quote, indicating in the comments that you would like an extended-stay discount.
3. Parking notes: A parking pass is required for onsite parking. A MAXIMUM of two parking passes are allowed per unit. Each parking pass costs $60. This first pass will be purchased for you. You will need to immediately put this visibly in your car during your stay. To obtain the second pass, if needed, the 2nd parking pass is available for an additional fee at booking time. Oversized vehicles should be parked outside of the covered spaces. Please be aware of the reduced headroom in the covered parking. All vehicles should be parked within the lines of the parking space. The condo has enough parking for everyone provided there is no double parking. Double parking is illegal and violators can expect to be towed. No trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, motor homes, or other vehicles deemed inappropriate by the property manager are allowed on the property. For additional or trailer parking, search "Overflow Parking Gulf Shores." There are several places available. PARKING FEE IS PER STAY NOT PER DAY.
4. This rental is located on the 9th floor.
5. The registered guest must be 25 years or older. The maximum occupancy is limited to 8 persons.
6. When you arrive, place the parking pass so it is visible from the outside through the front windshield.
7. Please be aware that the building does not allow guest to have pets in or around the building.
8. Please be aware that there is no smoking inside the unit or on the balcony. For safety below, nothing should be thrown over the balcony. No towels or other items should be hung on the balcony railing. Do not feed the birds from the balcony. There is a designated smoking area on the first floor of the parking garage near the West end of the lot.
9. Before you arrive, we do everything possible to have your unit ready by the 3:00 PM. However, we do ask that you be patient if our cleaning staff is running late during peak seasons. We monitor make-ready progress and will contact you if the unit is available early.
10. As a convenience, we supply basic household “get started” amenities. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, 2 trash bags, a roll of toilet tissue and a roll of paper towels. Please be aware that these items are intended to be a convenience until you are able to shop for your stay. In most cases, these items will only last a day or two. You will need to replace these items for what you will need for the duration of your stay.
11. During your stay, we have provided a few beach chairs and beach toys for your convenience. Please rinse sand off them with the hose outside the pool area and return the items to the laundry room. During the busy season, beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent from the concierge on the beach in front of the condominium. Jet skis, banana boat rides and hang gliding is also available from the same concession. Please note, we do not provide beach towels.
12. Wifi: The wifi credentials are posted inside the unit. To enhance the service, the Seawind condominium owners association recently upgraded wireless access points inside the media center of every unit.
13. Before you leave: please do not strip the linens. Empty fridge. Throw away trash. Put all wet towels inside of bathtub or shower. DO NOT start any laundry. Load dishwasher and start. Any dishes that won't fit inside dishwasher need to be hand washed before departure.) Please notify us as soon as you have checked out!
14. Renter agrees if the home is in anyway damaged, they may be charged up to the full security and/or insurance amount. This property requires a $500 security deposit "HOLD" It will be collected separately by the property owner prior to your check in. The "Hold" will be released within 48 hours if there was no damage to the property.
15. A Rental Agreement will be sent immediately upon booking. Failure to sign and return the Agreement within 48 hours of booking will result in cancelation of your reservation without refund.

Easy Check In/Out and Excellent Communication
Seawind Property is perfect location, walk to everything! We stayed with three teenage boys and the condo was exactly what we needed. Having the extra sofa that folds out to a bed in the living room was nice for one of the teens. Everything was clean and comfortable! Highly recommend #904- owner was easy to communicate with and to have the extra room on the balcony was a bonus! THANK YOU1
