La casa adosada de la unidad final cuenta con 3 cubiertas, muelle para embarcaciones, estacionamiento para 2 vehículos. La unidad está a 2 cuadras de la playa del océano. La galería Art League, las canchas de tenis, las canchas de básquetbol y el patio de recreo se encuentran a 30 segundos a pie. Las hermosas puestas de sol todas las noches sobre la bahía están incluidas sin cargo.

Perfect beach getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were walking distance from everywhere we needed to go and the deck views were serene and relaxing. This getaway was just what my family and i needed and we'll definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay here. Was conveniently located just a short walk to the beach and bus stop. House was very nice with comfortable beds in all rooms and nice deck to sit outside and take in the views of the bay. Owners were great with all communication. Would definitely recommend!

The beautiful home is so convenient to everything. The dock was a wonderful asset to paddle board from and fishing on the bay. The kids loved I.T. Plenty of room. Very well appointed. The hosts were kind and accommodating! I will definitely stay again!

Family Vacation 2023

We had a wonderful stay, the condo was beautiful and the location was perfect! We didn’t need a thing but the sunshine and Mother Nature did not disappoint! Our plan is to come back again next year! Kathy was very pleasant and communicated being sure to let us know if we needed anything to call.

Beautiful Vacation Condo

This was an amazing rental property. The home was very clean and well maintained. It was in a great location. The beach a 7 minute walk, with grocery and restaurants nearby. The kids enjoyed the playground, basketball court and tennis court nearby. We enjoyed the condo and the three levels with the balconies facing the canals. There was plenty of room, with the teenagers taking the third floor, having their own space. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we need. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. They answered all questions and were very accommodating. We appreciated their kindness and would like to thank them for letting us stay in their beautiful home. We would definitely stay there again!!

Perfect Location & Perfect Home

We could not have asked for a better location, views, and immaculate & comfortable home for our beach vacation. Everything was easy & perfect from start to finish. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had about the house or the area. We were also so very glad to have providdd for us in the home plenty of cleansing supplies, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and paper products this was a welcome surprise and made our trip to the store cheaper & easier. The home is clean and easy to live in and make yourself home. The beds are so very comfortable and everything was clean and the views from each deck are spectacular. We hope to stay again very very soon

Awesome Stay !

Everything was so easy, the entire process! The owners are so nice and accommodating. The property is an excellent location 2 blocks from the beach but yet waterfront on the bay! The house has everything you need for your stay. We had a fabulous time! I would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect for family beach trip

My family and I vacation in Ocean City every year and Kathy and Hugh’s place was perfect. It’s an easy walk to the beach, ~5 min, is walkable to the Coffee Beanery, Acme Grocery store, and quite a few restaurants, including the staple Bull on the Beach. The townhouse also is on the canal with access to the bay and provides easy access for kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. For even more activities, it’s right next to tennis courts, a playground, and basketball court. The townhouse itself is clean, was more than enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids, and well appointed. If you forget something for the beach (chairs, umbrella, etc.), Kathy and Hugh have extras you can use. Checkin and checkout was a breeze and Kathy and Hugh are very communicative and great hosts. Overall, 5 stars all around.

Great owners and property

Clean, pleasantly decorated, well appointed kitchen. Great location with tennis courts, grocery store and beach easily walkable. Despite close proximity of neighbors, very quiet and private. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing place at the beach !

This property was beautiful. It was very clean and spacious. The 3 decks overlooking the canal gave us hours of enjoyment. Everything in the home was amazing! We will certainly be staying here again/

Beautiful condo on the canal

Perfect fit for our family

Beautiful house, great location, fantastic views! Short walk to beach! Bonus being close to grocery store! My family appreciated the quiet shaded mornings on the deck, sipping coffee while overlooking wetlands. Then watching the sunset from the same spot in the evening. Definitely exceeded our expectations on many levels!

Exceptional vacation!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautifully appointed home. The house is comfortable and has many special details that make it warm and inviting. The location is perfect for a family (check out the playground and the art league just down the street). The Boyles are a joy to work with, and we can't wait to return.

Stayed twice so far and just gets better!

My family and I have stayed in Kathy and Hugh's rental twice now and have been just blown away by their hospitality and the sheer beauty of the property. As mentioned, the pictures absolutely do not do it justice. The house is kept in near perfect condition, always spotless. And the area is perfect for a family with kids ir a getaway that's more relaxed. Close to the action but far enough to feel safe in your own little enclave when you want to escape it all. We can't wait to come back next summer!

What an amazing vacation we had at the Boyles beau

From the moment we opened the door to this pristine home we knew we chose well. Three floors of beautifully decorated rooms. Each of the three decks had such an amazing view of the bay! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Food market was within walking distance as well as a coffee shop and great restaurants. We also enjoyed the short walk to the beach. A bus on the corner for $3 a day takes you back and forth to the boardwalk. I can't say enough about this home and its location! Found it very hard to pull myself away from sitting on the deck enjoying the beautiful quiet canal and all the amazing views. Can't thank the Boyles enough for allowing us to enjoy our vacation in your beautiful home. The Gormans
