The property location is wonderful and the host was very communicative. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was everything that we needed. Tons of space and right next to the beach. Our main issue is that the air conditioner downstairs was leaking through the ceiling over the stairs, which caused a tripping hazard. In order to make sure the ceiling didn’t get damaged, we could not use A/C downstairs, and it was during a hot month. The only other issue is that the tiles in the pool are starting to pull up, which can hurt to step on. The rest of the home was wonderful.

Enjoyed the pool the house and convenience to the beach. Just need a mop and mat when you walk in to kitchen from pool. Will definitely book again.

Had the best time. The home provided the perfect space for 4 couples. There is a full bathroom downstairs by the bunk room. There is two full baths and half bath on the second floor. The rooms on that floor share a full bath. The third floor has the master bath. The ac had froze up. I made a call and with 40 minutes someone came to service ac. We had no other issues all weekend. The home could have provided cleaning supplies. We brought dish pods, laundry pods, trash bags, extra toilet paper and paper towels. It did not have spray cleaners to manage counters, bathrooms etc. Overall we had the best time. Home is located across the street from beach entrance. We would use this home again in future stays

No beach view but only a couple minute walk. Pool very clean and warm. House clean. Easy check in and check out. Walkable to a couple restaurants. Parking is more for only two vehicles. Watch the steps upstairs. Two of us fell. No major injuries tho. Hous is definately worth renting. Would rent again

Excellent Location, Exactly As Described

This was our first family vacation with our children as adults with significant others and our first time on the island and this house was exactly what we needed! Everyone had their own space, the pool was wonderful, location to the beach, grocery, gas and liquor stores was ideal! We would definitely stay here again!!

Five Wonderful Years with SPI Rentals

This was our second year in this home, and our 5th year on the island. We have truly enjoyed working with SPI Rentals. Service is always prompt and staff so very courteous. This year Joey, from maintenance, came promptly to fix the start button on the washing machine. He was so wonderful by staying and taking time to show this 67 year old how to look for live stations on the tv. Even though this tv didn't have the spectrum app, he showed me how to find all the amazing shows available. We will always go through SPI Rentals for our renting needs. Thanks for another great January and February! See you next year!

Great Vacation

SPI Rentals scores again. Great house, plenty of space for a larger family. It is an older beach house with some age showing but still a good place to stay. Would definitely stay here again. SPI Rentals was on top of the only issue we had, their customer service is the best I've experienced on the island.

Excellent house!

This house had almost everything you would want! It was steps away from a beach access, but not on the busy road. Having a personal and private pool was outstanding. The house was well equipped and very spacious, plenty of room for 8 people. Would definitely recommend this house!

We really enjoyed the stay everything was like I was told. The water at the swimming pool it was extremely hot. Like Hot tub.

Very nice property

This property was great, it had almost everything that we needed.The pool was great and it was a bonus that it was able to be heated.The only complaint that I have was that the bed in the master bedroom was quite uncomfortable, it dipped really bad in the middle and it creaked really loud. Other than that, our stay was great!

Above Average

We had trouble with the refrigerator at first but it got better on the second day. Also the trash outside was full from the previous visitors and we had to call to get someone to come out and take some trash out so we can keep filling it. Overall great stay!

Family get together

The property could use some love but is livable, the dishwasher did not work when we got there but was replaced, ice maker does not work and needs to be fix, ether wise everything was fine
