Cozy Island getaway, minutes to the beach. Excellent Location

Great Location!
Beautiful Coastal 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath end unit Townhome right across form the community pool. Minutes away from beaches, restaurants and shopping. Nicely furnished with all the comfort's of home and all the upgrades.
This townhouse includes a large beautiful kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath, and patio with a grill. On the second floor there is a large master suite with a full bath that has a large tub and separate shower. There is also a second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All three bedrooms are furnished with a Smart TV. There is also a full washer/dryer upstairs and a full bath in the hallway.

Easily accommodates 4-7 adults or 5 adults and 2 children. Hardwood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings on the 2nd floor and a Trey ceiling in the Master. Brand new king and Queen beds. Smart TV’s and wireless internet is included. Front door keypad entry for easy access without hassle of keys.

Please enjoy the 2 adult bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, sand toys while enjoying the beach that is a quick 10 min drive. The home includes a fully stocked kitchen that includes a toaster oven, and a keurig coffer maker. Linens and towels are provided as well.

This SSI townhome was perfect for our 2 week stay. Spacious, quiet, with every amenity provided, and an excellent location, with close access to the causeway to get to Brunswick or nearby Jekyll Island. Two bicycles were also provided which we utilized. The beds were very comfortable as was the seating in the living room. We are into history and there are so many places to visit on SSI and Jekyll Island where you can learn about the fascinating history of this region. Highly recommend this property!

We had the most lovely stay at Tammy’s home. She was very attentive, the place was very clean, and the beds were so cozy!! We enjoyed the pool, and the beach. July was crazy hot so we would choose to come a different time of year if we could, but would 100% choose to stay here again!! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Great vacation spot!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, comfortable and convenient townhome.The owners were particularly nice and promptly helped us with everything we needed.This location was very convenient for island access.The neighborhood was quiet and the home and grounds were immaculate.It was also nice to have a good grill, bicycles and beach equipment. We would recommend this lovely and well-equipped home without reservation!Thank you!

Awesome!

From the time of booking, communication with the host was prompt. Like anyone, I read reviews thoroughly before deciding to book. The reviews are spot on! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcoming note, a lamp aglow, the ceiling fan whirling, and a bottle of vino! How did they know we prefer red? :) Our first impressions - clean, homey, welcoming, and charming. We felt at home IMMEDIATELY! The host has gone above and beyond to provide the comforts of home....the bath linens are lux, the bed linens and pillows are wonderful, and they provide EVERYTHING - dish soap, hand soap, laundry soap, beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, helmets....I could go on. The pool is across from the home, which was convenient for our two little grandchildren. We hope to stay again!!! Thank you for a great stay!!!
