A jacuzzi on the terrace for the perfect nighttime relaxation and a cozy fire pit with enough seating for 6. The master bathroom even has a steam shower as well as a free standing tub. The decor of this house is lovely, classic, high end and elegantly western. It is roomy and has plenty of space for 6 people. All of the bedrooms have full bathrooms and there is even a powder room by the front door. The outdoor kitchen will please the best of the best grillers. There is plenty of space for eating al Fresca! Picnic tables and sofas adorn the patio. You'll even get a view of the pond and a gate to the farm stand, should you need any fresh fruits or veggies. Each bedroom has its own televisions and there are three gas fireplaces throughout. The location could not be any better. We are located in Santa Ynez, near places like Bob's Well Bread in Ballard, SY Kitchen and Los Olivos where you will find over 100 tasting rooms and great restaurants. We are 5.7 miles to the town of Solvang. Across the highway is La Herradura, the famous polo fields. You will feel far away from civilization yet be close to it all. You are minutes away from the gourmet Los Olivos Market. There is plenty of parking, even for an RV, and an EV charging station.
