Conveniently situated on the first floor above ground level, you'll have easy access to the sundeck, boasting a beachfront infinity pool, BBQ grills, hot tub, and children's pool. Additional amenities include a private beach with lounge chair and umbrella service, a fitness center, saunas, a welcoming lobby with a lounge area, and a game room.







Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service is available full-time from Father's Day to Labor Day, at the discretion of The Grand's management. During the summer season, the beach is accessible via the extended-length walkway. The Beachfront Infinity Pool includes a ramp for accessibility. Bike racks are provided on a first-come, first-served basis
