Its right across from the newly constructed conference center and Cougar Point Golf Course's brand new clubhouse and restaurant. There is a fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and plenty of counter space for prepping meals and eating at the bar top. The screened in porch is the perfect place to start your day with a relaxing cup of coffee. The spacious bedroom suite features a king bed and a fully renovated bath with walk in shower. The living room features a flat screen tv and a pull out sofa.

Take a short five minute walk or quick bike ride and you'll be at the ocean's edge in no time.(0.3mi) There are 10 miles of glorious beach to enjoy and you can ride your bike right on the hard packed sand.

One dog will be considered upon request/approval with a $75 pet fee.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club). If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.
