Your vacation begins in Sunny San Diego, an exciting city with endless attractions and jaw dropping experiences! In Lakeside, the people are friendly and the small community is known for it's rodeos and hospitality.
As you head to our resort style home, you'll find a quaint neighborhood with an enormous lake, ideal for fishing, exercising, or simply taking in the fresh air and gorgeous views. Just a block away is the home you'll be vacationing at, easily walking distance!
Pulling up to the house with an enormous six car driveway, and ample street parking, you'll notice right away how breathtakingly beautiful your vacation home is. Equipped with 6 foot private fences and digital entry locks, you'll find the front yard to be incredibly stacked with fun, as well as privacy, for your family's enjoyment and convenience. You'll be awestruck by the brand new playground, the miniature golf course, and the abundant seating and tasteful patio sets.
Upon entering, you'll immediately fall in love with the brand new marble and luxury woodgrain flooring, exquisite modern design, and customized layout of this one of a kind house.
Upstairs, you'll find 2 spacious king master suites with exquisitely designed private bathrooms, an enormous loft suitable for up to 15 people with a private bathroom, as well as a shared half bathroom. You'll also notice the office space with an incredible view of the front and an additional crib for the littles vacationing with you. The master bedroom is also arrayed with a stunning and sizable jacuzzi tub for relaxation and enjoyment, as well as a tastefully designed, walk-in, high pressured, waterfall shower, and an enormous walk-in closet with a built in ironing board and steamer.
Heading back downstairs, you'll find the garage and arcade room right off the front entry way. The garage is furnished with workout equipment and an awesome pro-style pool table!
Back in the entry way, you'll head towards the kitchen, living room, and family room, and they will not fail to amaze you. The luxurious dining area has a built in custom marble kitchen table that seats 14 and a breakfast bar seating up to 6 and the remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with brand new appliances, dinnerware, cookware, and more!
The living room is set up with a gorgeous marble fireplace, comfortable leather recliner couches that also massage your body after a long day of fun while you watch your favorite films on the massive 65" TV with your family gathered around.
The family room, with double doors leading to the backyard oasis, has a digital hockey table, a foosball table, as well as a custom built wet bar to serve up your favorite drinks. All of this to enjoy while watching the game on the additional 65" TV surrounded by your favorite people!
Beyond the family room, you'll find another deluxe king master suite and 2 additional bedrooms set up with triple bunks and an elegantly designed shared bathroom.
Finally, you'll head out to the backyard to be blown away by the impressive pool with modernized lighting and optional heating capabilities, as well as the brand new eight person jacuzzi, and custom built full bathroom for your comfort and convenience.
By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions denoted below. We love our home and we know you will too! Please review our rules and conditions prior to booking your stay with us. -Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm. Checkout: 10am.
-This is a private property and the Host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Please be respectful to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 9pm-10am.
-Please no food or drinks in any of the rooms, especially on the carpet or furniture.
-This is a family home, NO partying is permitted. No exceptions.
-Upon checkout, please be sure to clean your dishes and/or load and start the dishwasher, throw out all of the garbage, turn off all unused appliances, and turn off all lights.
-Please do not charge EV vehicles at the property. A $100 fee per day will be ensued if a vehicle is charged on the property.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:
-Sometimes, early check-in or late check-out can arranged for your stay, below are the available options, please inquire with the host. Please note that availability of these options are not guaranteed:
-24+ hour notice of early check-in @ 2 pm - $200
-Within 24 hour notice of early check-in @ 2 pm - $250
-24+ hour notice of late check-out @ 12pm - $200
-Within 24 hour notice of late check-out @ 12pm - $250
-Guests remaining on the premises past check-out time without the host approval will be charged an additional $500 fine.
HOUSE THERMOSTAT:
-The house is normally set at a temperature of 72 degrees, guests may request this to be adjusted during their stay as it is controlled remotely by the host.
FIRE PIT USE:
- Guests must request use of this feature prior to their stay.
- Hours of use for the fire pit are strictly from 6pm to 9pm. Failure to comply with these hours will result in a $500 fine and an additional $100 per hour fine.
-Guests assume all responsibility using this amenity.
IMPORTANT: Unattended fire will result in a $500 fine and an additional $100 per hour fine should the fire be left on.
POOL WATER FEATURES USE:
-The pool features must be requested anytime between 10am and 9pm as they are turned on remotely by your host. Please also notify your host when these features are not in use and to turn off. Failure to notify host to turn off the pool features will result in a $100 per hour fine.
SPA USE:
-The spa features must be requested 30 minutes prior to use. Please also notify your host when these features are not in use and to turn off. Failure to notify host to turn off the spa features will result in a $100 per hour fine.
POOL HEATING:
The pool is heated solely by solar during the months of March to October. If desired, the use of additional pool heating features can be requested for an additional $150 per day for 8 hours max per day. The host does not guarantee a specified heat as the weather can sometimes determine how fast the pool can heat up completely.
POOL, SPA, GROTTO, AND SAUNA SAFETY:
-Do NOT leave children unsupervised in or around the pool.
-It is not recommended to allow children in the Sauna or the Spa and Sauna is a dry sauna, no water is permitted in Sauna at any time.
-Guests use the Pool, Spa, Grotto, and Sauna at their own risk.
-Do NOT climb on or jump off the waterfall. Failure to comply with this rule may result in cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the Guest.
-By booking this property, the Guest asserts that they have read and agree to the conditions regarding the risk of these amenities.
PETS: A $500 fine will be charged to Guest if there is any evidence of any pet on the property unless the Host has given express written consent and a pet fee has been paid by the Guest.
SMOKING: A $1000 fine will be charged to Occupant if there is any evidence of smoking inside or outside of the property within a 20’ radius of the property.
Please note that by completing a reservation for this home, you agree to the following:

Guest shall assume all risk and responsibility for the actions of all guests on the Premises. Guest will not hold the owner or host liable for damage, injury, or death on the premises. EVENTS, GATHERINGS, PARTIES: No events, hosting special occasions, including but not limited to weddings, corporate functions, bridal parties or related events including inviting other persons not disclosed in the reservation guest count, shall be permitted on the property without prior written consent from the Host. NO partying is permitted. No exceptions. Failure to comply will result in a $5000 fine and immediate removal of Guests from the property with NO REFUND of the reservation to the Guests. ADDITIONAL GUESTS: This home is set up to comfortably host a total of 10 guests at no additional charge. Any additional guests including children will be charged an additional fee per night (including children 1 years of age and older). All additional guests need to be approved before visiting the property. This additional fee helps to cover the costs of additional cleaning & additional linens as well as additional wear and tear on the home.
