This beautiful property is located in close proximity to the heart of Southampton Village and famous Hamptons beaches. The Prospect Estate sleeps 18 people comfortably with 7 total guest bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

The 7 Bedroom, 5.5 Bath Main House is equipped with a fully-stocked luxury kitchen with commercial-grade appliances surrounding our hand-rubbed walnut island. The coffee and beverage bar features a hot/cold filtered water station, Nespresso Vertuo Espresso Machine, Keurig Coffee Machine, as well as any tools you might need to make your favorite cocktail. Our Butler Pantry features its own separate sink and dishwasher, ensuring you have all the room and tools you will need to clean up after the largest of feasts. The newly renovated master bedroom features a gas fireplace, beautiful vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, a Samsung TV, SONOS Music System, and more. The master bathroom is equipped with a jacuzzi-tub, an enclosed steam-shower with multiple shower heads, walk in closet, custom double vanity and more! With 1 King Bed, 5 Queen Beds, 2 Twins, a daybed with trundle and a futon (sleeping 18 people comfortably), the Main House will surely have all the room you need to spread out and relax. The main house also features a laundry room on both the first and second floor, two large living rooms, dining room, sitting room, home gym equipped with a peloton bike and elliptical, + more. Other main-house amenities include a wood fireplace, lightning-fast Wi-Fi throughout the entire estate, SONOS Music Systems inside and outside by the pool, NEST Smart Thermostats, games for rainy days and more.

The pool house features a living room, spa treatment room and game room with a sectional, 65" TV and foosball table. There are an additional two full bathrooms there as well. Pool house is available for use during summer months.

The grounds of this estate create a wonderful Hampton’s vacation experience. Enjoy the heated pool featuring pool toys and floats and an enclosed outdoor shower and changing room. We also have a beautiful fire pit, stocked with wood and all the fixings for S’mores! The outdoor table tennis will provide hours of fun for guests of all ages.

With our outdoor grill, outdoor dining tables, and chairs, you will surely enjoy eating meals outside under the picturesque hanging lights on the patio. Take a break and relax on the covered porch - complete with Wi-Fi, music system, awnings, and an outdoor couch with propane fueled fire table.

NOTE : The pool is open and heated only during Summer Months (Memorial Day -September 30). Extended dates are available for an additional charge.

Alan or Tara, the owners of AlTa Home East End, will meet you at the house for your check-in. They will provide keys at this time and will assist in any way possible. They will answer all questions, show you the house, and more. Prior to each tenant arrival, AlTa Home stocks the house with some locally-sourced Hamptons "goodies". We also make sure you have basic oils, spices and condiments to get you started
