Welcome to this unique location on the south end of New Smyrna Beach. Tucked between the beach and river, you can watch the sun rise and set within steps of this cozy getaway. Chill out on the miles-long no-drive beach right across the street. Venture over to the river for a perfect place to paddleboard, kayak, or fish while watching the dolphins and manatee play. The adjacent community park provides the land lover with volleyball, tennis, basketball courts, a playground, and a kayak launch.

Perfect for 1 or 2 couples or a small family, our condo is a bright updated 2 bedroom and 2 bath 2nd-floor end unit. There is no elevator, there is a stairway to the front entrance and the rear entrance.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Guestroom offers a full bed and a twin bed. Guest bathroom has a bathtub with shower. Both bedrooms have an exterior door that opens onto a large screened-in balcony overlooking the condo community seasonally heated gated pool. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and enjoy meals. Assorted coffee and teas are provided.
We welcome you to our family beach getaway and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do. If you need additional space, our neighbors also may have a unit available. Just send a message.

You will have keypad access to the condo.
The community property includes a seasonally heated pool, shuffleboard, fishing dock, outdoor showers, and coin laundry facilities (coins are provided by us for 2 loads if needed). An access key is provided to enter the gated pool area.
Free designated parking is located directly in front of the condo stairway entrance. Other parking is available in spots labeled "No boats".
The adjacent public community park access and use is free of charge. Hours of use are posted.
There is a TV in the living room and each bedroom that are set up with streaming apps on Roku. You will need to sign in to the apps with your information. Roku automatically signs you out on your departure date.
WIFI is available. Login will be provided upon check-in.

There are 2 Publix grocery stores located on your way in on Hwy 44 and a Dollar General Marketplace nearby on A1A. One block away is a bait and tackle shop with a few staples. JB's Fishhouse is a mile south with inside and outside seating on the river and live music. Other restaurants, shops, music, and art venues are just a short trip north in the city of New Smyrna Beach.
Eco boat tours, hiking and other adventures are available at several locations within a hour's drive.
