Eight nights in Alta Vista

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great, we had a couple of problems but Homeowners had a person helping us and solved our problems.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our arrival process was a little stressful as we did not receive but correct entry code but it was resolved as quickly as possible with great follow up. The view is the best that we have ever had in our 4 years of coming to Seaside. Having coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening overlooking the square and ocean were the highlight of the stay. The only negative at all was that the design style was not what we've grown to love in the area as the floor plan layout and and decor was just very bland at best but we knew that at the time of rental. Beds were comfortable and we had all of the little necessities to make it a perfect week for our family. Easy access to the beach, coffee, and food! Would definitely stay again.

Great trip but a few things could be improved upon.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and Seaside were great as usual. The late check in at 4pm on arrival day and early check out at 10am on departure day are an issue if you travel to Seaside by flight. Management of the condo is fairly inflexible on arrival and departure which is surprising given the price point. No trash pick up and no clear place defined where to take trash is an issue. Place is aging a bit and needs maintenance. Dishwasher falling out of its mount. Ice maker limping along. Elevator doors looking a bit ragged, that sort of thing.

Getaway after college visits

This place was perfect. We had been driving all over the SE looking at colleges. So was very nice to be at Alta Vista. Perfect location- gorgeous views. Perfect for a nice getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Location is steps from everything. View is just amazing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome Location

This property couldn't have a better location! We really enjoyed the condo, location, huge patio overlooking the town and the condo itself was updated and very clean!
