Welcome to this charming, waterfront home on Frye Island where comfort and peace abound! The property is meticulously maintained, boasting a bright and airy interior with cathedral ceilings. The first-floor master bedroom is conveniently situated near a full bathroom. Admire the breathtaking views of the mountains and stunning sunsets from the property's westward-facing vantage point. Follow the path directly from the cottage to the gorgeous sandy shore with a pebbly, gradual entry to the water. The dock is for loading and unloading only, but the mooring can accommodate boats up to 26 feet. The property is partially wooded and level, with a 6-foot high privacy fence along adjacent properties. Come enjoy all that Frye Island has to offer with 12 sandy association beaches, a swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, a restaurant and an ice cream stand!

Great spot for our annual family (of 5) vacation! This was our 7th year renting this property. Prime waterfront location with small sandy beach, amazing sunsets, and crystal clear lake. This year, we enjoyed beach / pool hopping, golfing, kite flying, field games, hiking, Frye Guys, candy bar squares, and more. The house is clean and cared for with annual updates (recently new stove, lighting, bathroom fan, and floors). It has everything we need for a week on Frye Island. Krainin is responsive and easy to work with. Already looking forward to next year. Many happy memories with my husband and boys (now ages 12, 10, 7). Highly recommend!

We love this location. We were amazed at how quiet it was. It’s our peaceful escape. Waterfront is wonderful, not sandy but the wharf/pier provides easy entry into the water. Sunsets are incredible

I am a repeat guest. We love your place, but we had some really hot evenings. AC in the master bedroom downstairs, and at least one of the upstairs bedrooms, would have worked. Also, an openable window upstairs on the lakeside would also have been very welcome. Thank you for another fabulous time.
