With an enviable corner position on the second floor of The Summit, this condo boasts an abundance of sunlight, a roomy layout, and easy access to the pool and beach right downstairs.

The Summit is an oceanfront property in the Windy Hill Beach neighborhood, with a boardwalk and path leading through the dunegrass to the beach. On the grounds, enjoy a beachfront pool, a sundeck, and picnic areas where you can dine outside in the fresh ocean air. Beyond the complex, you'll be only a mile from the shops and restaurants at Barefoot Landing and a wealth of dining, shopping, and entertainment along Highway 17.

One of the special features of this condo is its corner balcony, a beautiful spot to sit with morning coffee, evening cocktails, and a sweeping view up the coast. Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors bring the scene inside to the living room as well, where you can watch TV and unwind in central air conditioning.

Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen and an adjacent dining area on the evenings when you're not out on the town. Leave the day's swimsuits and towels to spin in the washer/dryer and retire to four bedrooms - two of which have en suite bathrooms. The oceanfront primary suite opens to the balcony and offers its own TV to lull you to sleep in the evenings.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
